I was super excited to attend this event. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot and found the restaurant near Tiffany's. The place was super spacious. I sat at a table and was served some very good sake. For my appetizers, I got the Karaage, Karaage & Tofu Buns, and Agedashi Tofu. I really loved the karaage and tofu buns. For my meal, I got the vegetarian miso ramen that I felt was a little rushed so the noodles weren't thoroughly cooked. For the dessert, I got the Frenchie Taiyaki, which was ok. All in all, I had a pretty good experience,
Got to swing by Friday just before it got busy for dinner. My bf and I tried the black garlic ramen and the spicy miso ramen with extra noodles and broth.
The food was solid. I really liked the black garlic ramen and the pork belly was cooked well. My bf thought the spicy miso broth was too salty. But overall, we enjoyed our experience here. I also got the shiso juice, really refreshing and good!
We also tried the wagyu sushi!
Our server was very nice but it was very busy and service was extremely slow because there were not enough staff to hold down the business. There was only one server and limited kitchen staff. We waited a while for our food to come out and saw another table getting frustrated and leaving the restaurant. The business would do a lot better if they hired more staff. It's a huge space and just walking from the kitchen to the tables to serve is about 30 feet.
Today was our first time eating at Tojo’s Kitchen. The service was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their delicious food. It is very clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. Background music was great. We were able to have conversations while enjoying delicious meals. Yes… we ate a lot of food from their menu just to try and everything was full of flavor!
The servers are great. Just took a while to get the food. The food was great though. We got the clam shoyu - which was a good mix of the refreshing clam in a perfectly seasoned shoyu broth. The amount was good as well. As for the classic tonkotsu, it seemed the portion was on the smaller side but it was good. The broth is slightly less deep than the usual tonkotsu broth at other places. The atmosphere was pretty good.
we came in on a sunday so the mall had no crowd at all! yay! our hostess was very well-mannered and. efficient. We started off with takoyaki which was generous portions of octopus and had very good flavor! definitely worked our appetites. We then went ahead with our ramens: Hubster got the spicy red and I had the tonkatsu which was rich, creamy and delicious. Because we were quite hungry we also had the Pork Shashu don lol savory and filling.
for drinks and sweets we had the matcha milk tea. It didnt have boba but thats actually good for us this visit since the boba would have filled us up even quicker. Love the bitterness of the matcha but that the overall drink still had some lovely sweetness. And of course we finished off with their cute frenchie taiyakis. We had custard and banana chocolate. Custard was the best but the dough could have been a little softer or better yet with some sticky rice flour consistency. But over all we loved everything and enjoyed every bit of it! we’ve been here before around 4yrs ago but today was especially good! So glad we had another opportunity to revisit - everything was Oishi!!
We got the red spicy ramen, pork chashu don add-on, and the niku udon. The red spicy ramen was good, but I thought the bamboo shoots were too crunchy and the noodles didn't have the taste of the broth in it at all. The chashu don was questionable at best because it was just a disproportionate amount of rice with a little bit of pork on top. The udon was really good, the right amount of flavor and toppings, and a perfect portion. I thought the service was good and decently fast. The atmosphere is really strange and liminal but that doesn't mean I like it any less. It's like this really spacious area that is sectioned off and is probably not meant for a restaurant but I think it's unique.
Great restaurant and excellent service. Everything was amazingly good. Located right next to the underground parking lot of the mall, with a big enough space and plenty of sitting. The food was excellent, also plenty of options in the menu. Recommend this place to anyone.
Came here with some friends and the vibes were amazing! Such a shame not alot of people know about Tojo’s. Ray is an awesome server and is for sure a funny and relatable person.

We ordered drinks and pastries for 13 people this morning and everything was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We loved the guava and cheese pastry so much we got another one and the same sitting. I love turmeric so the golden latte really hit the spot. Highly
