I specifically spoke with staff about the three things that create a flawless experience. Food, service, and atmosphere. They nailed it. This chef here makes every item with love. The plating and display are phenomenal. The staff is pleasant, personable, and efficient. The food was so far above expectations I had to review. The drinks were once again on another level. Now let's get to atmosphere, it was quaint, small but welcoming, and just the right size to feel personable yet provide a booming experience. I will come here again when I am in Virginia. Kait, thanks!!!
Good food and good people. Small and cozy. Decent menu with plenty of drink options.
We went for brunch and loved everything about it! Super cute place with some amazing food and drinks.
My wife and I stop by for a drink and vegan chili and it was amazing. The drink we had was “Only god forgives”. The bartenders were amazing and very professional and very knowledgeable.
I came here for brunch and really enjoyed the breakfast options. I got a sausage egg and cheese and the bread was so soft! The tater tots were good too! Also the service was amazing even when the place was full.
This place is exactly where you should go if you're in Norfolk. It's small enough to have that intimate feel, but has room for groups to sit at a table. The food is beyond delicious and they have pretty much whatever drink you'd like.

Always a chill vibe and great drinks. Tip your bartenders!
Another great quaint spot in Norfolk.
We went in the winter time, so the Patio area is a bit haggard and dingy looking as you walk through it to enter the restaurant. If you aren't already familiar with the spot or haven't read any reviews you might actually think the place is closed.
But once we entered we were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome. There are only a few tables and then seating around three sides of the bar. We were lucky to arrive as one table was leaving. There was a consistent flow of people coming so it's clear it's a local favorite.
The menu is unique and we had the option to choose between their brunch or regular menu. We opted for the Avocado Toast with the frittata and the City Slicker sandwich. The avocado toast is actually a house made guacamole on toast. You can opt to upgrade it with either frittata or salmon. The frittata was cooked perfectly and added a nice twist to the toast. It does not come with a side, but we found it to be quite filling alone. The City Slicker is a unique sandwich with pulled chicken, havarti cheese, bacon, and frittata. It's very tasty and filling. It comes with chips but I suggest upgrading to the tater tots ... Cause how often can you find tater tots? All in all food was wonderful.
Bathroom:. There are two single use unisex bathrooms located along the wall by the bar. I unfortunately walked into the one that was previously the male bathroom (the one farthest from the window/table area) as it had a urinal. Personally I get grossed out by urinals so was turned off by having to wash my hands near it. I will say the space wasn't cramped and the bathroom was clean so that's good at least.
Really pretty cafe. The owner was so warm and welcoming. The food was really good and as a bonus looked amazing, especially the forest kabob and carrot cake. Only downside was it was a bit expensive and the portions werenât crazy
this was my first time at a self-pour gastropub and it was an awesome experience! the staff's friendliness made it even better, and being a cider enthusiast, I was thrilled with the selection.

Wife and I came here two weekends ago and the place was amazing. Great customer service and great vibes. Just a wonderful relaxing place to chill. The food was delicious. I got this chicken rice bowl. See picture. I will return back for the food and
Ordered this past week for my first time from Doordash and I was impressed. Even though it was delivery and the fry on the shrimp & fish platter softened from the steam in the box, the flavor was really good. I also like that they have a pizza option

The food is great but the drinks are BETTER!
I have been here twice and both visits did not disappoint. The first, I ordered the gnocchi and added salmon and it was DELICIOUS. The second trip, I ordered the miso salmon (pictured). I would happily or

Needed a gym while I was on Vacation and was quickly welcomed into this friendly environment that I became very comfortable with immediately. Not only do the coaches know their stuff but they push you to achieve more advanced movements. They also hav
I've been going to Ghent fit for 2 years now and I have really liked the staff and individual work out rooms. I have had a few trainers while being here and my current trainer, Alfonso, has been the best I've had so far.
He is a terrific trainer and
We came to the Open Studio and all had so much fun! Most painted from one of the MANY samples. I did a paint pouring. No instruction, but help when we needed it. Great facility and wonderful owner. We will definitely be returning!!
Small movements, big flex. Short time, maximum gain. During my 1st visit I was surprised how quickly we were able to get the body in the correct position for the best gain. Instructors were highly attentive and knowledgeable. Not your warehouse wo
This Museum in the heart of downtown Norfolk is well worth the visit and does not take too much of your time. The staff on hand are very knowledgeable in history of the house and the family who lived there.

Everything was amazing from the food to the customer service! I got the Barbie drink and itâs probably the best lemonade Iâve ever had. We also got a bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. 10/10 Workers were so sweet. Even thou
They have good coffee, good tea, and good waffle based foods (I had one with goat cheese, herbs, pistachios, and honey that was really good). The coolest thing, however, is the overall vibe. They are in an old house, have a little used bookstore inco
These grounds are beautiful. Itâs a little on the smaller side as far as property size so you can get through it within a couple of hours max, but itâs stunning. They have some installations and the light/sound experience is really moving.
This is my new favorite place! The staff were so friendly and helpful (one of the staff members explained all her favorites and offered great suggestions when we had trouble deciding) and the pastries and bread were delicious! I got a pain au chocola
