TNDO is like my cup of coffee, TNDO is a place where the trainers work with you from moderate workouts and if you’re wanting to test your limits than the trainers will put your limits to the test. I love this gym, it does become a family thing, we all push each other. I was over 210lbs and went down to 168 lbs, I learned proper form and other techniques witch has tremendously has helped me a lot. Not going to lie I get hyped up every time I step into TNDO gym 😎😁😁🏋🏽♂️
Definitely the best gym I’ve been to also the training you get from the coaches is amazing! They really make you feel like family and want the best for you! #TakeNoDaysOff I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a lifestyle change when it comes to health and fitness!
The experience I've gained from working out at TNDO is like no other. I lost over 40lbs with them since I started & I feel great. I became more active in my everyday life. It is a Family gym that is very welcoming to all. 5 stars for sure, no question!

TNDO IS THE BEST FITNESS CENTER EVER!!❤.This is definitely Not your Average Gym..Having been diagnosed with Bilateral Arthritis in both knees I was a bit hesitant to work out but I truly admit I am so thankful I joined!!! The Staff is super patient and makeseveryone feels like Family!!..Trainers dont mind giving Modifications to any workout..Being an older woman I never thought I'd be comfortable me feeling awkward but that is definitely not the case!!. No day is ever the same and this challenges every part of my body!!. This young team of athlete Trainers are dynamic to say the least!!!..God Bless this Awesome Gym!@

My kids love coming here. The staff is all so nice, we especially love Annette. They ask almost everyday to go ð I wish I could take em that much. I recommend the punch card if a membership isn't your thing because of the monthly dues.
Very nice Gym, great staff. Very knowledgeable owner. Eric is always engaged and helping with your personal fitness goals. The facility is always very clean and other members are friendly and courteous.
