Devon H. was out to track down a mystery leak from our 2nd floor bathroom. After neatly and professionally removing a small part of the ceiling, he was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. Third time we've had TMI out since moving in to our new home, and we are very impressed with the level of service we have received.

Blake, my technician couldn’t have been more kind. I explained the problem and let him know that I was on a fixed income, so I would appreciate it if he would be able to fix the water heater rather than replace it, even though it was quite old. After just a few minutes he was able to locate the problem, got the part and was ready to go in no time. He even stayed long enough to make sure the water was hot and the pilot light stayed lit. I would definitely recommend TMI to anyone looking for plumbing or heating repairs.

TMI came through for us when no other plumbing company would when our hot water heater went out suddenly. They were able to come quickly and resolved the problem quickly. The service technician was great and the customer service over the phone was the best! Will definitely be calling TMI for all of our maintenance needs in the future!

Went to TMI today with an unknown kitchen sink cartridge that was leaking. The parts team was fantastic. Knew what manufacturer it was and able to offer a new at NO Charge. All my future plumbing will be with TMI.

TMI has been our go to place for so many things. We can get an appointment quickly if it has been an emergency or within a few days otherwise. Tom is our man who is very pleasant and knows his job in plumbing very much. We can always count on him to take care of our problems.

Juan was a great help! He was respectful, helpful and kind! He made sure I understood the issue while not making me feel undervalued (unlike other companies I have worked with in the past) and together we thought of the next steps to address the issue. He will return in a couple weeks for more extensive work and I trust he and the other serviceman will get the job done!

I love the peace of mind of my TMI Home Warranty - knowing they’ll come out to triage and/or fix issues for a fixed price is wonderful. And if they have to come back on the same issue within a window of time, no extra charge. When my kitchen sink faucet was leaking, they didn’t go to “must replace”, their plumber rebuilt the faucet and now it’s better than new without having to make decisions about this model or that, or wait for it to be bought. It’s just fixed.
