First I must say, we looked through so many affordable places in Rapid City and most places' reviews were disturbing. I am so glad we came across TKTK!!! Kevin is an amazing host, very friendly and accomodating. He had little snacks ready for us, 2 bottles of juice and 2 bottles of water in the fridge, which we never got in that category accommodation 😍 An extra shout out to him, too, for kindly taking care of posting to an address of our convenience (in US) a charging block with special cords I left behind. The place is clean, it is on a hill, so has a good view. It is only 5 min drive to everything you need in Rapid City. Our pillows and bed was comfortable, spacious enough for the two of us, we slept well ☺️ A very good find around Rapid City, especially for the price you pay!
Best place to stay around the Badlands National Park! Kevin was very nice and the room was very clean.
The TKTK is an amazing place to stay if you’re looking for a place right next to Rapid City, but not right in the city. This location is perfect it is right off the main road that takes you to Mt. Rushmore, and the view from the back deck is breathtaking. (especially at night with the city lights) The owner of this house is very nice & helpful with showing you around. The place is very clean, spacious, and comfy. I had a great experience here and if I came back to Rapid City I would definitely stay again!
its great place to stay. owner is very friendly and was helpful. we had never been to south Dakota. bed was amazing and room was very clean. they a basket full of snacks and water and juice in fridge. which is very thoughtful and nice. would definitely stay here again. thank you kevin😊
This hidden gem was a very pleasant surprise compared to your normal hotel experience. Owner was so friendly, walked us through the room, gave us a fruit basket for in the morning. It's like a little bungalow. And let me tell you about the view. So gorgeous. Close enough to the city, far enough away for a peaceful evening., sitting out back under stars with the view of city and glow of the lights.
We stayed here two years ago and everything was perfect. The place is very comfortable and spacious and the owner is super nice.
