This place is amazing and worth absolutely every penny. Both Eric and Adam are extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time; if you pay for a one-on-one session, they give you 100% of their attention for the whole session. The facility is great and filled with a ton of equipment you won't find at your LA Fitness / Golds / Planet Fitness / whatever. If you ask for a personalized plan, you get a ***personalized plan*** -- Eric really listened to what I wanted and built a plan around ***me***. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has a serious fitness goal and/or is bored with a regular gym!

Eric Dawson, the proprietor, is an accomplished Strongman athlete and an all-around kind guy. You need not seek any further for an affordable, high-quality gym with friendly, helpful staff. Amazing gym with plenty of lifting and strongman equipment. The other gym-goers are friendly and helpful. The owner, Eric Dawson, is a world-renowned Strongman competitor who is humble, motivating, and welcoming. If you're looking for a quality gym with great people at a low-price point, then look no further. Take advantage of the kettlebell class with an amazing trainer, Chuck, that comes with the membership. Plenty of opportunities to learn strongman, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, or general fitness from great coaches.

I have been working with Eric Dawson of Titan Barbell since June and have seen some positive results. I am feeling much stronger and healthier! Eric is easy going, friendly, and has created a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere to workout in. He made each workout challenging, creative and very enjoyable. Eric places a very high value on correct form with each exercise, which was very important to me. His watchful eye and positive feedback ensured, I was maximizing the exercise! Since, I have been training with Eric, my energy, balance, strength and flexibility have all improved! This is exactly what I was looking for in a trainer/ workouts! I highly recommend Eric!

This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. Eric has created a space that is welcoming to all skill levels from pro to novice. The inventory of equipment is substantial as well as the level of expertise that Eric possesses. The environment here can't be replicated. Highly recommended.

Love this gym! Every piece of equipment you could possibly want for strongman (or just to get really freakin strong!). While a lot of pro strongman train here, no one will look down on you or judge you for being a newbie. The owner is seriously the nicest guy in the whole world and will happily answer all of your questions about lifting, strongman, and where the best food is. You can use chalk, there is tons of parking, all the atlas stones are marked clearly, and it's one of the cleanest gyms I've ever been to.
