I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent order. I had ordered a Carne Asada steak bowl, expecting a satisfying and hearty meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations.
Upon opening the bag, I was shocked to find an 8-ounce cup instead of the promised bowl. The portion size resembled that of a kids' meal, which was incredibly underwhelming, especially considering the substantial price of $22. It was disheartening to see such a meager portion for such a high cost.
I believe it is essential for businesses to deliver on their promises, especially when it comes to food orders. When your menu explicitly states that the dish is a bowl, customers have every right to expect a proper bowl-sized meal. However, the fact that I received barely an 8-ounce cup instead it’s not that appealing.
I sincerely hope that you take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
First time eating here. We went for lunch and were sat at our table immediately upon entering the building and our server was at our table within 1-2 minutes or less. Food was hot and delicious, service was perfect, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Our server was nothing but polite, professional, attentive, friendly and personable. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, looks to be very clean, and feels much more spacious than many other similar restaurants in the area. Will definitely be returning in the near future!
Food is good and the service is great but tonight was exceptional for us. We had just ordered our appetizer ( the 3 dips and chips which is amazing ) when our teething baby started screaming bloody murder. We couldn't console her and ending up just getting our check and packing up. Our waitress came to us and said she asked her manager to give us a 50% discount because we didn't get to eat. The manager also came over and told us he was giving us that discount because he also has a child and understands and even asked if there was anything he could do to help us. It was humanity at its finest and really touched our hearts. Thank you Tipsy Taco staff!!
Yes the food is a little pricey. $6 and some change for a taco but let me tell you it's the best taco you will ever eat. Their food is amazing and their service was quick. Our waiter was awesome and let me tell you the chips and salsa with guacamole and cheese dip is something you absolutely must try. My husband and I spent almost $70 because we just had to take some of that cheese and chips home. But definitely try this place I'll definitely be going back
We're officially long time regulars. Same table, same waitress ALWAYS 10/10. Drinks, service, food, desert. Did I mention the drinks 🤘.
So I have been here a few times and it was just okay. Today I got the vegetable Fajitas with corn on the side. These were the best fajitas I have ever had. They come with corn and fresh avocado 🥑. The 🌶🫑 are Chard to perfection but they still have a good bite to them. They even give you cheese. We also got the bang bang shrimp taco it was great. But caution it will bite back (it is spicy). Chips and dip the chips are good and thin we got the mild dip and it was just a little spicy (maybe I'm a wimp). This is my new favorite spot for fajitas!! Great job tipsy taco.
The food good. American-ized tacos and fajitas. We had salsa and chips but never received the corn and beans salsa. The chips were fresh, thin, and crisp. Then we had the el patron. The seasoning on the shrimp and chicken was great. The lobster was way over cooked. The steak was cooked fine but had no seasoning. Overall, it was decent. The service was good for being busy.
Met with a group and sat at the bar while we waited for everyone.. bar staff was friendly and accommodating. When all of our party arrived we were seated and our orders taken shortly after. Despite being a Friday night our food was served in a timely manner and was perfect. Would definitely recommend the blackened shrimp quesadillas.. they were packed with shrimp and cheese and cooked perfectly .
My second visit. Very consistent service and food. Restaurant was packed for lunch on black Friday yet the staff kept everything moving with a friendly and courteous attitude toward everything they did. Great find in Easly, SC.

Really delightful place to visit. Employees were friendly and helpful. The menu is pretty big with a large variety of ice cream to choose from and quiet a few specialty sundaes etc. Highly recommend a visit!
