I was at the Frederick, MD location yesterday, customer service was excellent as usual. I got my parts & was on my way in short order. One troubling thing I noticed was myself & the other half dozen or so customers were all wearing face masks as required by State of Maryland but none of the 3 employees working there were wearing masks. There's no sign on the door to remind folks to wear a mask. I have dealt with Tipco for many years, I really expected the staff to be more professional on that point.

These guys know thier stuff, are quick, and pleasant. Use them to replace 4000 psi hose for a massive muddog, in and out, with rehabbed fittings in 15 mins. Nothing but kudos to these guys.... Muddog Operator.
