The rooms are not sou as it says on the website. The front door as a 2 in gap on the floor, you can her people in the other rooms. Place was a pretty shady place. If you asked for extra sheets it was a cost. The room had a sofa I requested more sheets as my 2 teenager boys did not want to sleep on the same bed. We were denied unless we paid. Parking was terrible the spaces were too small. The tv did not work, it turned on, but you were not able to switch channels all you saw was a picture on the screen. The room was not cleaned there was hair and stickers on the sheet not visible unless you are pre-cleaning as I do. The walls had boogers and poop stains on the walls. The smoke detector had no battery's. The ac only worked at night it was so hot in the daytime. They did not provide trash bags, only 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole stay, the little shampoo they give you were used as if they do not provide new ones for every customer, no housekeeping service, no phone in the room in case you have questions to the front desk. Everything was a charge. Check in was weird they have you pay a $20 deposit cash only. At check-out they refuse to refund it. I asked for my deposit. The lady said is the room clean I told her as clean as I could leave it all we left was trash like food and drinks. She said it's for the housekeepers. It sounded like that is how the pay the housekeeping wages was based on the deposit. It was so bad I do not recommend this hotel very disappointed.

Prepaid, arrived at 6:30 pm, nobody in the office except a young kid with her dad on the phone, saying he'd be there in 5 minutes. Stood around waiting, when he finally arrived, never said anything about keeping me waiting waiting, demanded 20 dollar cash deposit, was rude. Room was just ok, janky place, don't stay here, better place is next door, the Glendale Hotel, for just a little bit more

Absolutely ridiculous wasted $80 on a night in hell… let’s start off with check in.. waited 40 minutes because they said there was no clean rooms yet. They only have 12 rooms anyway?? Then it’s finally time to check in.. Indian owned hotel.. older man was sarcastic and rude.. the only person with a friendly smile was the wife. Got my room key and headed to my room.. upon entering the room smelled bad.. It was dark and dingy.. floors and walls were covered in dirt and unmentionables.. There was a scary looking couch.. the door frame had been drilled back on.. looks like it had been ripped off the hinges. There was no microwave. Water damage behind the sink. Bed was made incorrectly with the fleece blanket on the inside instead of the top making it so we couldn’t even even get under the sheet. So we decided to sleep on top and bring our own blanket in. In the shower, there was the previous guest used soap still remaining. During the night the upstairs guest had the TV on blast all night long. In and out of their rooms, slamming the door as hard as possible all night. Random outburst and screams coming from other rooms. Not safe for me and an especially not for children. at about 3 AM I called the front desk and told him I wanted to leave and get a refund. He asked why do I want to refund and what room and I’m in. He told me to come to the front desk in the morning. At this point, I didn’t care about the $80 anymore. I just wanted to leave. In the morning we quickly leave and there was weirdos checking out also making comments about me and my child. The rooms look like they had been renovated in the last five years. Why would they renovate if they’re never clean the room? Who runs a business that way? I understand they’re trying to make a living, but those rooms need to be deep cleaned and repainted and possibly have the floor ripped up. I assume the rooms aren’t cleaned just the towels changed. And sheets occasionally. Maybe the owners are used to living in filth like that and don’t know any better. The guests this place attracted with their budget prices were drug addicted creeps. I felt a very evil demonic presence in my room. I will never ever return. I stayed at this property once in May 2022. And it wasn’t this bad. It’s really gone downhill. Don’t stay here, especially if you don’t have children. You can’t even get a peaceful rest. Very very bad vibes.

Customer service is not something you will get here. They treat you like just another number in their bookkeeping, not a welcome, not a smile. Also I was charged a undisclosed 20$ cash deposit instead of the 100$ card deposit that is disclosed. I checked out a few minutes later and the 20$ was not returned to me because of this. They are clearly taking advantage of their customers and I know they enjoy to keep the 20$ deposit

Despite the value being appetizing, the room itself was disgusting. Cockroaches were found in our friends’ room and it was evident our room was not cleaned, just “tidied.” There’s a $20 cash undisclosed deposit; make sure to ask for this back or they keep it. Not recommended.

The room was very nice and it showed that there was some upgrade investments, and the layout was decent because it included a couch and a fridge but no microwave. But the positivity ends there. Here is where things go downhill. First, we arrive to the location thinking that it would be secluded and have a parking lot, but it ended up looking like the backstreets of New York with seedy pedestrians. We walked up to the lobby and we could barley fit two people in the lobby which is the size of a phone booth, with a very distinctive odor, and humid quality air. The lady we talked to was very nice but her husband wasn't. He was insisting we pay with VISA or Mastercard, despite the fact that the payments online went through. He didn't want to accept our Discover. We had to talk to a separate lady on the phone who barley spoke English but also said that they do accept discover and that the husband/man was in training and "doesn't know" that they take discover. So we ended up having to pay in cash after they canceled our online purchase. He refused to give me a receipt until the end of our stay when we checked out (which we did not stay both nights). After that experience we finally got our keycard which needed a 20 dollar CASH deposit. The room looked very clean and tidy and had a different vibe than the exterior. (Did I mention there were cameras outside our door, I wonder why. 🤔) Next, they didn't provide hangers for the closet, the bed did not have a courtesy flat sheet. We had to sleep directly underneath the blanket (which is not hygienic and they only gave us two pillows for a king size bed, most provide four, meanwhile the bed was hard as a rock and it felt like two twins were pushed together slanted in the middle.) There were bugs everywhere. In the sink I saw two pincher bugs, there were nats flying around the room, and we were itchy all night as if there were bed bugs. I woke up to several bug bites on our legs (which is still itchy, red, and swollen two days later). To add on their fridge smelt like something died in it. It caused us to gag for a half our and we had to leave the room door wide open to try and get fresh air. Just as we settled and we had fallen asleep I heard the husband knock on one of the neighbors doors (three seperate times while yelling their name) asking them to pay with cash because their card was canceled around 12am. He wasn't even trying to be quiet or wait til the morning at an appropriate time. As people were checking in and out in the middle of the night you can hear every step and rolling of their luggage which kept waking us up. Overall, we ended up staying far away from this hotel-motel the second night. It was worth losing the money for the second night's stay because we didn't want to deal with his obnoxious and rude persona. We had to leave before 8 a.m. the next day because it was Friday street sweeping (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.). We went up to their lobbt door to ask for our 20 cash deposit back from the keycard when I requested for the recepit she told me that her husband was alseep because he was up all night checking people in. I didn't even bother asking for a refund for the second night and I left in complete disgust. He also treated his wife like garbage infront of us when she was trying to be helpful the day before. I reassure anyone not to stay here and pay a little extra for an air bnb because it's better to be safe than sorry...

Had booked the hot tub room. The tub was great! The shower was..decent I guess. The bed was okay I suppose. The things I did not like was that the TV had absolutely nothing to watch! Not even basic cable! Also the floors felt like I had to keep my sandals on anytime I walked around. The blinds had a sign that said DO NOT OPEN! There was a part of the door frame resting on the wall behind the door...one of the lights on the bed side did not work. The 2 pillows they provided were super small. The towels were also small. The roll of toilet paper was about less than half of the roll. The walls are extremely thin..I could hear the people on the other side of the headboard getting down.. The parking was extremely small But good thing I asked about the parking while checking in. So I had a reserved spot for myself.

I’m just sharing my Horrible reviews about this place..I am the main guest and since my boyfriend will arrive 2 hours after I checked in at 6:30 pm I decided to park on the street because they have a policy of 1 parking spot per guest (parking spots are very tiny). When my man arrived to pick me up to go and eat we came back and see that there’s a spot and since it numbered we both went to the front desk to ask if we can park there or if there’s designated for us,The husband came out while my boyfriend is parking and told him to move the car to another spot that’s he’s pointing…OK fine my man moved the car so he TRIED PARKING but it’s too tight that he can’t even get out.. The Man started saying that he has 3 car guest that’s coming by mid night and WE NEED TO MOVE THE OUR CAR EARLY MORNING..I was furious and trying to tell him that my boyfriend tried but he can’t get out so what does he wants us to do..I told him I paid for this spot so you can’t tell me not to park here.. Ending me and my man transfer to a 5 minute hotel near by..RUDE INDIAN OWN PLACE,SERVICE IS STUPID AND ROOMS ARE NOT EVEN CLEAN,HAIR ON THE PILLOW AND HALF USED TOILET PAPER! Never again TILBURY INN..
