Super... super delicious! They have a lot of items to try and and so far, everything we've tried there has been excellent. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time we've been as well. What's nice about this location is that there's a park within walking distance behind the strip mall. After we got our drinks, we found a guy selling elotes outside the Supermercado, so we bought two, then walked to the park. They also have a newer kiosk where you can order drinks yourself, or you can still order from the counter. The popping Boba is definitely worth the upgrade. They taste absolutely delicious with a fruity smoothie drink. We've only ever been to this location in Brooklyn Park, but it's worth the trip every time we go.

Their menu is huge. They have a big selection of drinks. Service was fast on this day. Friendly, happy service is not present here at this place so minus one star. But if you hate interactions then this place will be great for you. I got their tii cup version of a dragon fruit mojito, my daughter got the galaxy drink, and my husband got the ube with coconut. They all tasted good and presentation was pretty. However, as I finished my drink, I am sad to say that I did find that they used old mint in my drink so minus another star. That's a no for me. It's simple, just take the yellow dead mint leaves out for anyone who orders the mint drinks please.
TiiCup is not as it used to be when I was a teenager. The service is slow even though there are like 5-8 of them. Their drinks are watered down and their boba are more hard and chewier. I like a softer tapioca boba.
I loved the boba here. Probably my favorite I've had, it's really chewy and had some flavor. It took a bit to make the drink, but I sympathize with the workers since it seemed like there were only two, and they were very busy. Definitely would come back.
Been coming here for years and still love the place but today ordered milk tea with bobas but came with no bobas. They corrected right away with no problems, but then I noticed my cup full of ice but I ordered less ice...didn't have the heart to go back again...maybe more training needed.
Perfection. Bliss. Nirvana. Mere words cannot describe the ecstacy of the experience you are in for at TiiCup. Do not bother with other bubble tea shops. Nothing else should even exist outside of TiiCup. The drink customization options, the fresh ingredients, the aesthetic beauty of the drinks themselves,... no detail goes overlooked here. Their boba are so exceptionally chewy, and their drinks are soooo creamy. Absolute heaven. You will be impressed.
