Tiger Run Resort - Featured Reviews (735)
This is still one of my favorites. The park and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We go during the summer months and ride our bikes into town and back. Bike trails everywhere. There is also a trail head for hiking/biking within the park. We hiked a little over 6 miles while there.
Plenty of cabins to rent or purchase.
Somebody needs to analyze the intelligence of your HOA. I can bring a 22' camping trailer, but I can't bring a 16' Airstream that is worth twice as much because it doesn't meet the 18' minimum? I tried appealing to the reservations team, but she said they could not make any exception because it is an HOA rule. This was for a very special occasion and I wanted to bring the luxury Airstream, but apparently not to Tiger Run.
Tiger Run Resort is where the other end of the rainbow is, I finally found it!!! It was a really enjoyable trip. Breck and Frisco were minutes away from the property. The amenities near the resort were the push to make it a 4 from 3.5 stars. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The grounds were maintained very well. The clubhouse/pool/gym are in need of a facelift. I can't lie and say I didn't expect more from the resort in regards to these items. Watersports were close along w miles of mountain bike and OHV trails. I did have to stay at 3 sites during a week stay which sounded routine for first timers like myself. Although the lots were close in proximity, the massive mature trees made the closeness to other guests disappear. Overall there were many things I enjoyed, the site amenities did feel old and tired. The cabins being all similar yet different brought a large charm to the morning walks.
Belated review, but this resort should be at the top of your list if you’re considering a visit to Breckenridge. We’ve stayed here several times during the winter months, in both their chalets and RV sites. The location is perfect; close to downtown, with great Mountain views and, if you’re lucky, epic wildlife viewing. Also, their amenities are priceless. Indoor hot tubs, pool, gym, laundry, outdoor bonfires, and my favorite was being invited to the evening of wine and hors d'oeuvres with residents.
Loved staying here for the weekend (We rented a privately owned residence through vrbo). Community amenities are amazing and everyone is very friendly.
Seriously a joke and the staff is arrogant and RUDE! No teardrops….and they literally screen you to make sure you are qualified to stay there?! First they told me my trailer wasnt long enough. Then they disqualified us for having a teardrop. Definitely not what we are used to in Breckenridge where we usually find the nicest folks on the planet?! Maybe they could fix their website so we wouldnt have wasted our time. Good riddance…you can have to snooty country club attitude all to yourself. For what you charge we could get a nice hotel room!
We stayed 3 nights in a RV site recently. We were very surprised at the number of full time RVers there and how bad there sites looked. These sites had a variety of personal belongings strewn all over them. The RV site we had was nice but looking out our windows in any direction and we saw sites with all kinds of junk literally thrown about. For the price we paid we were expecting a much nicer park!
This is a very beautiful even park! Great to have a place that you can bring your trailer or stay in a cabin. Lots to do for everyone!
Our son absolutely loved the arcade here! Itâs one of the best indoor places to take kids in Breckenridge. Plus thereâs an ice cream shop in the front!
Absolutely loved the mines tour with Michael, heâs so full of fun knowledge and delivers the info so well!
Another shot out to Cory the operations manager of the monster truck sleigh rides. He gave my family a fun and great experience going the ext
Loved the salsas and rose pork. Wish there was more avocado and tomato, but Iâve never had tlayudas before. Very tasty! Also had a breakfast burrito (no pic) and it was bomb.
Craved a flavorful, tasty and fresh meal after wandering the town. I am lucky to have found Mount Golian Grill. This restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and cozy. The food was phenomenal and the service was great. I can only highly recommend it.
