My son joined this martial art class in February and now he is Yellow Belt. And I am pretty satisfied with the way instructors teach the kids. Especially Mr. Mounarath is a very engaging and super energetic instructor 😊 over there. I’m definitely recommend this place if you’re kiddos interested in the Martial Art.

We have been attending Tiger Rock Frisco for 6 weeks and it has been a wonderful experience! Master Mounarath has been such a positive advocate for my son. He worked with him a lot and continues to have high expectations for him. His patience is absolutely amazing with the tiger cubs and he invests in each student there! Ms. Vela is also wonderful with the communication and greets us each time we walk in! We have also worked with Ms. Sullivan and it has been great to see my son’s relationship grow with her! Each of the instructors there are knowledgeable, organized and work well with all the kids!

Tiger Rock Frisco is amazing. All the instructors are great, very inspiring, and encouraging, especially Mr. Mounorath. My daughter loves her lessons here and has also learned the importance of discipline and respect along with Martial arts.

My daughter has been attending Tiger Rock for almost three years now and she has thoroughly enjoyed the classes. Mr. Mounarath is an excellent instructor and has such a positive influence on the students. After seeing my daughter thrive and achieve black belt, I too wanted to start attending and began taking classes. The Tiger Rock program is amazing and breaks down the lessons in manageable chunks for learning. I highly recommend Tiger Rock if you are looking for a martial arts program.

My daughter started at Tiger Rock Frisco a year ago and absolutely loves it! The program has given her the ability to have courage and strength, physically and mentally. The confidence she has gained is remarkable. Mr. Mounarath has been such a great leader and mentor for her. He’s patient and encouraging and you can tell he cares about every student. The classes are high energy and fun. Facility is very clean and I love the flexible schedule!

Incredible place to learn martial arts! My 5 year old son and I are both students here. I have seen a huge improvement in my sons confidence and discipline. As an adult student, it is difficult to describe how much better I feel since I started training. My flexibility and strength are improving rapidly. But, even more valuable to me, my mood and activity level are much better then a few months ago. The primary instructor Mr. Mounarath, and his assistants are amazing. They, and the other students make you feel welcome and are all helpful and encouraging. There are tons of martial arts schools in the area but the instructors and students at Tiger Rock make learning martial arts fun, and exciting.

My daughter has been part of the Tiger Rock family for almost 4 years now and to this day is still excited about going to class each week and attending tournaments throughout the year. Mr Mounarath is great with his students and tailors his teaching to suit each levels and styles. He also gives his students opportunities to demonstrate their leadership skills which goes above and beyond what they are able to learn in class. It has been an amazing journey to see how much my shy little girl has grown in both skills and confidence through both being a student in class and a leader through the leadership program. She has built much discipline which helps her to remain positive in difficult situations and has adopted a “can do” attitude in almost everything she does. The best part is that she (and I) has formed amazing friendships throughout this journey. I highly recommend this place!!

My son has been practicing taekwondo for almost 2 years in Tiger Rock. We moved to Frisco a year ago based on nearby Tiger Rock location because we wanted to keep going with his classes. We were so glad to choose Main St location because Mr. Mounarath and Ms. Vela are amazing! The classes have taught him to have discipline and helped him to be more confident. I really recommend Tiger Rock.
