Tierra Mia Coffee Drive Thru - Coffee shop in Pomona - 660 Indian Hill Blvd, USA

This Tierra Mia seems to be a good place and pretty spacious, their customer service was good but unfortunately it took 35-40 minutes for us to order and get our drinks. I know it's a busy spot but I've been to busy Tierra Mias and never took us this long, not even close. We have visited this place different days, different times and they still take for ever. It's been twice that we have gotten bad made drinks, did not tasted like they should. 😔😔 They need to get more personnel for sure.

This is a typical local coffee shop. Surprisingly they have a lot of options in the menu. I'm glad they have the no sugar option because I don't like my drink sweet like how Starbuck normally makes it eventhough when you ask for non sugar. The service is quick. They have drive here. They only have a couple tables inside. They should have more tables and make it more work space friendly. Plenty of parking lot.

The man that was there was not happy to take our money. Not disrespectful but not in a good mood. A happy atmosphere will help your customers willing to pay more. Perhaps I got the wrong person today. It’s ok. But not going back because of him and the staff not know who and where the owners are from and where they get their coffee.

Heard this place was good and was in the neighborhood. It didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff and great drinks. Prices better than Starbucks too!! Will be back when in the neighborhood!!

This Tierra Mia is in a great location, they have a lot space inside. The location also has a drive through. The staff is always friendly, kind and respectful. Tierra Mia never disappoints it always reminds me of my childhood.

Employees need to learn how to communicate better with customers. They forgot a drink of mine and didn’t say anything to us. The guy who made the drink was very rude when he finally gave me the drink. I know working in the food industry is stressful but I wasn’t rude to them whatsoever 🤷‍♀️

Came on Christmas Eve. All staff was working super hard. All festive and made my drinks soooo delicious. Even though there was a long line. They didn't let that stop them from giving GREAT customer service and quality drinks. Got 4 drinks. All were gorgeous looking and we all enjoyed them. It was such a holiday vibe. Wish I lived in the area. I got the rice and beans Frappe with x-ice( cuz I like it thicc) 2 small horchata frappes and a vanilla frappe. The kids loved them.

This place is my new go-to spot. I love the pistachio latte and the croissants! The staff is super friendly and chill. I enjoy the seating and how everything is spread out so it’s not too loud or in anyone’s space. My only complaint is that wifi is not available to work on my homework.
