Where to begin! Tideline Ocean Resort is a favorite gem of mine! I’ve been a loyal guest since 2016 and I love the renovated Tideline very much. The new GM Alexander is amazing and welcoming! BB is wonderful and is an amazing manager as well. The staff from front desk, pool and beach service and restaurant are exceptional. I was there for 3 weeks since 6/25 and it was the best vacation. The rooms are beautiful and beds are so comfortable. Room 414 was amazing with an oceanfront view of Palm beach. |Chef Gary and staff make delicious meals. Ping, Trasia and staff make sure everything is up to par in the food and beverage area. This was my first time staying here and it was a beautiful property with really nice decor. Beach was great and included chairs/umbrellas which was nice. Rooms were quiet and couldn't hear feet above nor noise next to me. Really enjoyed my room with a balcony that had partial ocean view. Just a word of warning if you book a package vacation through a site like Priceline or Expedia. Even though you already paid for the trip (flight/hotel), they will still put a hold on your account for the entire cost of your stay. There was an $1100 hold on my bank account that I was not warned about at check-in that put me into overdraft. I've had hotels put a $200 deposit for incidentals but never anything like this. Why would a hold need to be on the account for a hotel stay that was already paid for? I never got an answer that actually made sense. I would come back only if I booked directly through the hotel but not through a third party booking.

This hotel is such a beautiful getaway, being a Florida-native. It always seems peaceful and like staff want to personalize your experience with great service. Visited the restaurant and food was yummy. I liked the delicious traditional beach food selections, but would have liked to see more variety in restaurants. Service was quick and very nice. I look forward to my next local getaway.

I highly recommend the Tideline Palm Beach Resort. The customer service is welcoming and the ocean views are spectacular. The food is amazing and the location is perfect. It is refreshing to have such a comfortable stay in a high quality resort. The rooms are very clean. The pool and beach areas are relaxing. It has everything you would want and need for a great getaway in Palm Beach.

Absolutely stunning property!!! Could not be happier with the staff and supreme service. The renovations turned out spectacular. The location is perfect for shopping and easy beach access. Perfect for the whole family. ||The food was exquisite and very memorable. Such a wonderful and peacful weekend!

Overall very nice hotel. Warm and friendly welcome. Great location on Beach. ||Room was quite spacious though a little dark, bathroom average size. ||Great pool area though facing the street. The beach is fantastic with beach service, chairs and umbrella.||Nice terrace to sit in the evening.

Last minute decision booking and it surprisingly was great choice! Based on reviews I was hesitating to book this hotel, yet followed my gut and it turned to be great experience. It started very bumpy, in 2 days had to change the room 3 times because air conditioning wasn't working in one room, in another one was making such a load noise that wasn't no way I would be able to sleep. I was already looking for a different hotel, BUT every time I would address the issue to the manager Bi-Bi she would find a solution immediately!!!! ladies at front desk were professional, understanding and fun! Franck, Sergio and Adriana where awesome servers - prompt, fun and professional! Mario, the bartender made best espresso martini :) having same positive vibe as all! In the moment of hesitation to leave to a different hotel, people who are working here made it so difficult to do that and I/m extremely happy that I staid! Thing do go wrong, but I truly believe that how those are addressed makes all the deference. It end up be amazing vacation, surrounded by awesome people, delicious food, impeccable service and stunning sunrises :)

Very kind & hospitable staff. Furnished balcony. Picturesque beach access. Umbrellas and chaise lounges provided on the beach. Close proximity to Benny's on the Beach and downtown Lake Worth. Very enjoyable for a solo retreat, though I could see this as a great getaway for couples or families, too. 10/10.
