Awesome place all sorts of fish to choose from and whatever it takes to give you that thriving aquarium. With 30 plus years of knowledge and know how. Some employees have been there what I would call a lifetime and that says a lot about a business. Just so you know that unreliable PET SMART store doesn't hold a candle to TIDELINE AQUATCS. Tideline is great all around. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they always have a great selection of livestock to choose from. Most things in my system are from Tideline. Highly recommend checking them out.

I’m about 4 months into the hobby, started as a total beginner. I have a beautiful looking (beginner) saltwater tank with fish and coral and I could not have done it without everyone at tideline. Every employee has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful for everyone that has helped me

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time today as brand new wanna-be fish people. Cody was so nice, so helpful and full of so much information that he patiently shared. We were so impressed and can't wait to get our tank going the correct way. We will never go anywhere else! This is the kind of place that deserves our business and will get it. See you next weekend!

Best first experience at a store, in a while. Within a few moments we were greeted by Cody. We had our water tested and a full explanation on what was reccomended and why, for what we have at home. I absolutely love the atmosphere and can't wait to expand our tank, especially with this company helping us! 😁

Chris at Tideline really came through for me. I have a higher-end brand aquarium that only comes in packages with stand and accessories. My tank had a failing seam. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they wouldn't help me because it was out of warranty. I emailed a bunch of aquarium stores hoping they would have a used one. Chris immediately reach out to me and told me he would see what he could do. He was able to get a replacement tank shipped to my house 4hrs away. Less than 2 weeks and the tank arrived. Through the whole process Chris kept in contact with me several times on the order. A1 service. Thank you Chris. (There was one other store that offered to get me a replacement tank. Their quote was $250 more and without a home shipping option. )
