Tico's Steakhouse - Steak house in Ridgeland - 1536 E County Line Rd #1905, USA

We requested a fireside table for our anniversary dinner. Made an early reservation for a quaint dinner before they were busy. We were seated by the fireplace - with no fire. We also had a family of 6 with toddlers seated right next to us. The butter was hard / non spreadable. The steaks came out barely warm. The spinach was a thick blob of cheese. We informed our server and she offered us a dessert on the house. We declined and quietly asked for our food to go. By far the worst experience we have had. Others had warned us about a decline, but we could not imagine it was true. Well - now we know. $200 mistake will not happen again.

You would think $58 dollar steaks would taste better. It was very plain and chewy. The sides cost extra, and were nothing special for the price. Should have just been included with the protein. Onion rings all tasted different. Some were extremely salty, others had the skin, and some tasted decent. Customer service was okay. At least they were somewhat kind. The atmosphere felt cozy. P.s. don't get the sprite. At the end, my mama made no food waster, so I ate it anyway. *finger snaps*

The service and atmosphere were cozy and warm. One of our waitress was the lovely Gabriella. The ladies’ was clean. The food was lacking and did not meet quality for the cost, (steak & lobster tail) save the baked potato. The best thing was the great company of people. Maybe just a bad night, which left much to be desired in terms of the food.

I ordered a ribeye steak and it was rubbery and not charred. No seasoning at all, I had to add my own to everything. Also had the salmon and it was flavorless. Definitely wasn't worth the $200 tab.

We went here for a company dinner. About 20 heads in total. Normally the service and food are lacking understandably with such a large group. However the waitresses we had were top notch. They kept every thing moving. Drinks always full and food was perfect. I tip my hat to the 2 ladies who waited on us and made our out of town trip here enjoyable. Y'all killed it.

Food was delicious and cooked to my liking. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was cozy with an old world vibe.

The staff was wonderful and fun to be around and the food was excellent. The lights were low and gave a romantic feel. Oh, and they had the best sweet tea!

Finally got the chance to go to the world famous Tico's and it was well worth the long wait. The atmosphere was nostalgically american steakhouse vibe. The steak itself could not have been prepared any better. If you've ever had Ruth's Chris this place is better by far. The service was top notch and I will definitely be back.
