I'm looking forward to the next time! Lots of room and met some very nice people.

The dog park is so fun and spacious. My dogs have so much fun running around. I have never been concerned about the fence. The park is also very pretty in the spring and I'm glad they left the flowering trees when they put the dog fences in. I do wish there were a better way of getting in though because the roads are a little sketchy especially when wet.

The sign clearly says no aggressive dogs at the dog park. 🙄 so my pup is 4 months. We went in and he was playing paying no attention to the dog that came in and went for his throat with its fur up. Luckily I managed to get my dog out. Owner offered no apology and blew it off stating she takes it to work and it's no problem there. I honestly should have taken a pic. Brunette 20ish long hair fit build owner, black bigger looks like poss a husy mix but all black. Be ware. People don't seem to follow any rules. Smh

Cool hill to ride bikes or scooters on. Some play equipment. Pickle ball courts. Dog socialization run. 2 ice cream stores within walking distance. (I prefer Plainwell Ice Cream, myself. Homemade ice cream made in the back of the store, family-owned, friendly service.)

I love Thurl Cook Park. It's in my neighborhood, only 2 blocks from my house. I take my big dog there almost daily....he looks for his buddies in the dog park at the bottom of the hill. Fall colors are gorgeous in the park and winter sledding is the best....NO cars!

Love visiting this place. Has a nice set up with the recently added dog park. People usually don't realize there is additional parking off of Oak St since the marker is place at the North side of the park parking lot. They have a playground area, picknic spot, and tennis courts here as well.

Excellent park, very good atmosphere. Lots of toys for the pups and set up nicely. Everyone is friendly and a lot of good pups running around.
