The They are very dog friendly - which was priceless! The staff were very kind and helpful. The gourmet donuts were amazing! I don't usually eat donuts - but I ate 1 every day of my visit! The bed was very comfy and loved the multiple pillows on the bed. When I entered my room, there were 2 moon pies on my pillow and 2 RC Colas on my nightstand. This was an absolute delight after a very long day traveling! If I come back to Savannah, I will stay at the Thunderbird Inn again!!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here this month. We are absolute history buffs and this place didn't disappoint! It's within decent walking distance of downtown which is so convenient and the place just screams retro. We loved staying here and everyone was so friendly. We will be back in the future and may make this a tradition to stay here in Savannah. Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable!

We can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Wren at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The vibe and the cleanliness was superb as well as the close proximity to the historic district! We traveled with a pet and being able to park in front of your door and take your dog easily outside was fantastic! Complementary locally made donuts and coffee was a great start to the morning! Comfy bed and the little touches in the room added to the coziness. We loved the Thunderbird!!

I stayed at the inn just before Christmas Eve with my family and dog. We had reserved connecting rooms on the first floor, but the rooms themselves were pretty large once we got there. The staff at the front desk were incredibly professional and welcoming. The dog park space was really nice, my dog would only go there, which was nice. The coffee and doughnuts in the morning were delicious! The toiletry bottles in the shower and sink were full and really nice compared to what I've gotten at other hotels. I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Thunderbird. The beds are very comfortable, the room was spacious, the location is good, and the staff are awesome. I arrived too early to check-in, but I was able to leave my bags and walk to the Prohibition Museum. The staff texted me when my room was ready; I appreciate that. The donuts for breakfast were good.

Thunderbird Inn was a lovely place to base our operations for the weekend. Clean, simple, and comfortable rooms, super super easy parking, good morning coffee and donuts in the lobby, and good, central and safe location. We felt we were close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit in Savannah that we were able to park our car and walk everywhere for the entire weekend. Loved having our car accessible, but it was nice not to need it. Easy check in and check out. Super friendly staff!

I spent a solo night in Savannah after a girls trip and discovered the Thunderbird Inn through a booking site. It was close to Broughton Street where all of the shops and restaurants are. The hotel was so cute and well decorated. My room was very clean. The only complaint I have about staying there is the road the hotel is on is very busy so the traffic noise in the room was loud. The bed was very comfy but the pillows were not. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend the Thunderbird to a friend!

Fun, retro hotel with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy to walk around Savannah, and reasonably priced. Hot coffee and donuts in the morning too! A group of my friends and I stay here for a weekend every year to enjoy the town and attend the Mountain Film Fest.
