The Thumb Octagon Family Fall Days is fun for everyone. There are so many things to see and do. You can have homemade donuts and ice-cream, pies, popcorn, and so many other foods. Vendors galore!! So many talented vendors and their goods. The octagon barn and all the different buildings are fun to visit. Plan to go in 2024!!!

Fantastic! The tour guide, and his wife are very informative. I spent quite a bit of time and I will go back on my next trip to that area.

We picked this as a motorcycle destination day ride and it did not disappoint. Very nice and knowledgeable tour guides. Very interesting and well presented historic site.

As unique as the octagon barn is the story behind it, is amazing. I just really wanted to see this barn, but I was simply blown away. This place is running due to dedicated people that want to preserve history. If u love history, if u love architecture, if u want to see the good ole days and how they farmed, lived, this is your place. Admission is by donation to keep this place preserved, it was 5.00 pp when I went. The volunteers are so knowledgeable.

A unique piece of history in the thumb area of Michigan. Huge barn is chocked full of neat antique farm items and implements. Interesting story of how and why it was built. Several other historical buildings are also in the premises. Before and after restoration photos are also posted in some of the buildings. A neat, low cost look at the past.

Really great place to visit, especially the Fall Family Days had a large variety of events, exhibits, and vendors.

It was very interesting, to see the craftsmanship that went into building that Barn, in the gentleman that gave the tour that we had was very good and kept it interesting. I really enjoyed.
