As a driver I welcomed the opportunity to sit down, have someone else bring me supper. It’s an old style Mom&Pop. The whole building is old yes it’s true. But the people are awesome. It was Friday fish fry for me. A little greasy yes. But lip smacking good. Seats at the table are old. But the prices are decent. For OTR drivers there is limited parking but , the DOT lot is right next door and a well worn path leads right to this place. They had sweet old style Christmas music on the speaker’s which sounded good. “ The Red Head “ waitress is awesome !

This place was not well marked, and we had to search hard to find it. The server got to us quickly and was very pleasant. Since the restaurant was connected to a gas station, we had to use the gas station restrooms, which were disgusting! We both had salad s... Mine the oriental chicken and my husband had the crispy chicken. The chicken was heavily breaded, overcooked and dry, but the rest of the salad was good.

Best truck stop in Northern Idaho. They have a full service restaurant plus a deli food for quick items It's Wednesday night at Three Mile Cafe so that means the special ua a Home-cooked Meatloaf, topped with the pan gravy. It is served with mashed potatoes & choice of gravy, green beans, roll & butter for only 10.95 Add a dinner salad or cup of Beefy Barley soup of a 1$ extra.... Prices are a bit high, Decent food, and the service was good. The smell of a dirty old bathroom did not help while eating.

Good food portions, solid service, but set your expectations low for "atmosphere" as it is in a gas station!

Great little truck stop and eat for all ages. Food is based like home-cooked. Service is lovely. I enjoyed the vegi omelet with hashbrowns and ham.

the waitress left allot to be desired her service was not the best, the cook was slow We werr not impressd the food was great.
