Three Lives - Bar in Syracuse - 316 S Clinton St, USA

Three Lives was an interesting experience. I didn't know what to expect going in with its gaming theme and what it would be like. My initial picture of it was a more gaming focused experience vs a restaurant first experience. I was very wrong. It is a restaurant first with a gaming theme and some arcade games to play if you wish. There's nothing inherently wrong with this but hopefully this review helps everyone understand what they are walking into. The food and drinks themselves our party had were great! The sliders were very good, the tots were fantastic and the drinks were well made. They have a large variety of dipping sauces to choose from as well which I always appreciate. This is certainly not a place for a wide variety of vegan options or someone more health conscious but they certainly appeared willing to do whatever they could to accommodate my party's requests. The staff was incredibly kind and service was great. The game theming was really fun and well done. If you do play any games they will show off if you earned the high score! The place is actually much smaller than I would have imagined but there are a few tables and a bar for seating. It's an easy place to recommend and I look forward to going back. They have gluten free fried chicken! Three Lives has incredible theming, the food was delicious, and drinks are unique and fun! The Super Nintendies are GF, and the tots can be made GF also. They were so good, and I had no reaction later on. Highly recommend! I plan to come back every time we're in town. 😊

Such amazing food and drinks! I got the doritos loaded tots and the Yoshi sliders. Their tots are some of the best I've ever had as well as the sliders. I highly recommend getting the garlic basil aoli as well it was so yummy!!! The roll for shots is so fun and all the games they have in there are free to play. The downside is that it's a very small location that gets very busy so you'll most likely be standing if you go at peak times. It was some of the most fun out I've had though and I highly recommend!

We picked this place based on their cocktail selection and were blown away by everything after walking in. The atmosphere is so comfortable and fun! Our server Alex was engaging, personable, and made excellent drink recommendations. We're excited to go back!

Really great tater tots & creative drink options. The bar is definitely on theme for video games and gamer culture. Unfortunately it was almost impossible to get the attention of a server once we sat down— we were going to order a second round of drinks to enjoy while we played a game or two and it took so long for someone to come to the table & check on us that we just closed out the tab. There were at least 3 servers on the floor and a hostess helping to deliver food & bus tables, so it was a little confusing as to why the service was so spotty.

Amazing. Arrived from out of town at opening. Also the fact that Monday enough for vegan and non-vegan. Sliders were so good I couldn't take a picture but this was what was left of my daughter's gigantic bowl of vegan loaded tots.

Are you a nerd? In any sense of the word? Then you're gonna LOVE this place! The decor is fantastic, the drinks and food have super nerdy names, they have arcade machines you can actually play! And everything is delicious - food is excellent portions, and there are great non-alcoholic drinks too! If I lived closer I'd be going at least once a week for the fabulous staff alone. You have to go here!

Stopped for a beer after a concert. Place was packed but the service was good. The food looked amazing but we didn't eat. The atmosphere was cool, love the vintage arcade games.
