Note: this resort is two miles from the actual ocean and the road has no sidewalks for the first part. We did see a few people walking it but we drove to the beach. We stayed at a small cabin during our stay. It was totally functional. The website and communication did not mention if the cabin came with bedding/towels. They DO come with bedding, pillows, towels & kitchen towels. We packed ours and did not need them. It was great to have a BBQ on our deck. Lots to do at this property if you want to stay on site (pool, hot tub, pickle ball etc). ||I took away a star on this review because the bed was terrible. So bad that I moved to the lower single bunkbed in our room as it was more comfortable (even shared with a 55lb dog). The wifi was not working in our cabin (or any of the cabins) during our stay.

They have GOT to figure out a better way of getting in to your camp spot. As it is, everyone funnels through the same single lane check in station - so if you need to get back to your trailer, you can sit there for 30+ minutes waiting for them to check each new trailer in one by one. They need a separate coded side entry for existing campers. Also, the one dude at the front entry could be a hell of a lot nicer (Brian?). Overall it's not a terrible place to camp and is in a good location, it just needs some improvements.

We have been lucky to share a cabin with friends who are members. Very clean, kind of tiny house. Upstairs is only about 4 or 5 feet ceiling, I have bonked my head, but slept well on the mattresses there. Kitchen allows meal prep, full oven, stove, microwave. No dishwasher. Has dishes for four, pots and pans, coffee pot. Bring your seasonings and foil, saran wrap. Steps to the deck and door could be difficult for some.

Ranger Brian and the other ranger (can’t remember name) were fantastic! So helpful and accommodating on the phone with my wife. We unfortunately couldn’t stay as planned but had to write this review about how the entire staff offered excellent customer service while making reservations.

Loved our stay here. Staff were friendly and polite. First come first serve when it comes to the spots. A lot of the long timers scooped up some of the best/better spots but we managed okay with the spot we parked for 4 days. Dog park, pool and bathrooms were well kept. I did not use the laundry services but there was the option to do so. Over all great little park. Would recommend to any one traveling through and pulling a camper. Very large rv park.

My Family and I stayed here for the weekend. It was amazing. There is so much to do here. I loved all the games they provide. My daughters who is 2 loved the playground and the little play area in the Clubhouse. My son loved the pool and enjoyed riding his bike. There is endless things to do here. Definitely coming back soon!

This Thousand Trails park is located ideally near town and an easy bike ride to the beach promenade. The amenities are great - renovated restrooms, nice clubhouse, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Nice staff. Couldn’t check in until noon. Some issues with cleanliness, but improved significantly during our two week stay. Worst part is there’s only one entrance on the south side and cars get backed up while rangers are checking in campers.

The best thing here was the staff. I have to give a shout out to them. They are kind, Welcoming, and very helpful. It is first come first serve and there are only 12 good camping sites then everything else is an overflow which means you are in an open field with no trees. I also was disappointed that I couldn’t have my hammock or line up for clothes. The amenities would have been great if all the pieces would have been there. The badminton stuff was broke and ruined, and the ladder toss pieces were all different. The pickleball court was amazing though and being right outside of the town was great as well. We only got in the pool one time because there was lots of hair and stuff in pool so we didn’t go back. And one of the worse things was that there are some crazy raccoons. They will totally invade your stuff and are not afraid.

It's a long, windy, and narrow road into the day use area, but it's definitely worth it. The coastline is beautiful. The parking was busy when we arrived, and there was a sign saying it was full when there were actually maybe 10 spaces still availabl

June is a great time of year because of all the wildflowers, but parking isn't great (so get there early!) 80% of the hike is relatively easy... but it's that other 20% that reminds you this IS a mountain after all. Don't let that deter you though! J

The gentleman there was very helpful and informative. I loved the calm atmosphere with a hint of excitement. Talk about memories. Better than a Blockbuster. Took my son to experience and learn a little something about real movies. I see a new traditi
