Jon S. has been helping repair several things in my apartment. He is friendly, quick, does a great job, and communicates if there will need to be follow up work. Great technician! Karla with the property management team and Minnie the maintenance coordinator have been great too with getting the repairs scheduled. 5 stars rating is for these 3 people only.

Love this neighborhood and atmosphere. Living by the arbor hills nature preserve is a big plus. The buildings are well taken care of. Whenever I have issues with my apartment, their technicians are quick to respond and come out to fix problems. Usually they respond within a week. Jon S came by to help me today and was very informative and friendly. Only downside is that the front office isn't always responsive. If you need to reach them you might have to physically walk into the office to be able to speak with anyone. And sometimes they can have strict policies. But I overall appreciate the neighborhood and the people who maintain it.

I made sure to leave the apartment in impeccable condition, as evidenced by the photos I took. Despite this, I was disappointed when management found numerous trivial reasons to withhold my $1500 deposit. I want to alert prospective renters that, although they may promise the return of your deposit, my experience suggests otherwise. Be cautious when dealing with this apartment complex.

Management is absolutely horrible! Many apartments got flooded and they made us all relocate. The issue here is we had to pay for moving and all the inconvenience and made us file new applications for the apartments we were moved to if we chose to stay. They then changed our lease and upheld the old one we had at our old apartments! I paid $1k plus for the move and a lot of us had PTSD from all this. The front drag and sales staff are great! Nadia and Carly, Trey and another sweet guy at the front are amazing. It’s the management and how they don’t care for their tenants. The building I moved to is filthy!!! The stairs, the walls.. just disgusting!!!! When the flooding happened and I had to move i signed for a 15 months application but they went back and changed it. So I paid more than an thousand dollars to move and deal with all the drama (I absolutely hate moving and try to stay where I’m at for as long as I can because of that). I went to them and literally begged to understand my situation and how crazy it would be to move again just 8 months later. They didn’t care! Just disappointing as this place has so much potential but with this management group… it’s going bad fast! Corporate office needs to do better by their renters!!!!

Shane is fantastic! We had an emergency leak situation at 3 AM, and Shane had such a great attitude and patiently helped us with an immediate solution quickly. He proactively followed up the next morning and then scheduled time to come over and do the permanent fix. While he was there, he also noticed another potential problem that was basically a ticking time bomb and could’ve resulted in a complete disaster, but he fixed that too. Shane is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, and we were very happy and appreciative of the work that he did.

I have lived here since about 2019 and have not had any major issues with my apartment. I like the area surrounding thousand oaks because I can go on walks to enjoy a little fresh air and nature. Maintenance is usually timely about work orders and they keep the area clean as well. My only issue is maybe how prices keep increasing pretty high and not at what I feel a reasonable rate. Perhaps it's a side effect of the economy but it's not always just the economy either. That aside though it is a good living area and I have not felt like I needed to move until I need more space than my studio apartment.

At first, I had 5 stars. I literally had to change it to 1. Im so tired of seeing Dog sh!t whenever I leave or come back. When I got out of the car a few times, I stepped on the dog sh!t, and that pissed me off so bad! I had to call the office for dog barking for over a week. When I called the office, the girl on the phone said, "If the dog doesn't stop barking within 30 mins, call back." Im like....? the dog's been barking for more than a week! Why would I wait 30 more mins to see if the dog stops barking? After 4 1/2 years, im finally leaving. This place was much better when i moved here. The property management is different, and garbage compared to 4/5 yrs ago. They don't care about the tentant. They come up with all kind of different fees every month. All I gotta say is... thank you, Dennis, for the fast and great job you did on my toilet and the sink. Don't waste your time and money! You gonna end up paying an arm and a leg living here.

It's great. There's nothing like being able to step out the back door and have an entire nature preserve to take a walk. Plus...it feels safe here. Don't ask me why...it's just the vibe. The pool is also great. All else is good. Any problems that have come up, you guys are very good at taking care of. Thanks a bunch!
