Stan was amazing and so knowledgeable!! He had our problem fixed within 5 mins! Stan was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for future maintenance and gave us pointers on issues to look out for. The company itself was very timely and we were able to get service within 2 hours after calling on a Sunday morning. Christopher, who I scheduled service with on the phone, was so polite. He gave me a callback promptly to know our scheduled time for a technician to come out. Christopher also promptly called me after the technician left to make sure I was satisfied with service. Amazing customer service!

I reached out to Thomas Edison Electric after I had an electrical outlet spark up and burn out. After reading all of their positive reviews I reached out and spoke to Christopher who was super friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment. The next morning I had an appointment between 8 and 11 AM and received a call from Amy who was also very friendly and understanding of my needs before getting the appointment started. Shortly after our call the techs, Mike and Hector, showed up; we went over what had happened and I showed them the outlet. They also checked our panel to make sure it was up to date and informed me about a home surge protector. They returned to their van to go over their estimates and present them to me. Satisfied with them, they began trouble shooting my damaged outlet as well as another in the room I wanted checked just to be safe, and also investigated the panel thoroughly to make sure there wasn't any damage or corrosion. Once they verified everything was good, they installed the home surge protector and the new electrical outlet, all the while being incredibly friendly and helpful to my wife and I. Never once did I feel pressured into doing anything I didn't want to do, which was nice. I have never had such a great experience where it didn't feel like just a complete business experience which helped ease my mind. After the techs left, Olden then reached out for a follow up call to ask how my appointment went, which was also a very friendly call. All in all, this company knows what they're doing and if you're on the fence about using them, don't be: just make that call and get the work done that you needed.

The technician quickly assessed the best way to handle our concerns and patiently answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants top-notch electrical work handled by obvious pros!

Very happy. I called and someone actually answered the phone. Told him my issue. They said they'd send someone out that afternoon. And they showed up!!!! Then with the game plan and a price. Came back the next day and completed the job. Kind and courteous. Maybe it cost a little more but the job is done.and that project is now behind me. This company is Very rare these days. Thomas Edison was very flexible and worked to fit our schedules together. The technician (Colin) was also incredibly kind and very transparent with his findings, recommendations and prices of services which I really appreciate. He was also able to address our issues the day of visit so we didn't have to drag out our electrical issues longer than we already have. I have an old house and will be keeping their contact information for future use.

Our pool pump was not working and every day the condition of the pool worsened. We had called a pool repair service, but were put on a waiting list and were told that they did not know when they could get to us, it could be weeks! Finally one morning, after seeing that the pool had turned into a green swamp, we started looking for a local electrician to determine if they might be able to help. After looking at the positive reviews on-line for Thomas Edison Electric and seeing that they had licensed electricians, we gave them a call. Beginning with that first call to discuss our needs and continuing with the subsequent follow-up calls to us from Thomas Edison to schedule the service, the process could not have been any better. Staff was pleasant, explained their process and what we could expect. A licensed electrician (Eli) arrived at our home that same day at 9 AM and immediately set to work. He diagnosed the problem (a faulty timer), told us what it would cost to repair and then made the repair when we agreed to the contract. He was professional, efficient and pleasant! In about an hour our pool was running again. Later that day we received a call from the Thomas Edison office asking if we were satisfied with the service and if we had any concerns. We advised them that we were quite satisfied! The pool is in working order again and we cannot be more pleased with the service we received. Without question we will be using their services in the future.

Eli the electrician and Francis the dispatcher from Thomas Edison Electric helped us tremendously. Both were very knowledgeable. Eli explained things well and was very concerned about making our electricity safe and up to code. There was no pressure to sign with him.Francis was instrumental in getting our electric supplier to turn our electricity back on in a timely manner after hours.

Thomas Edison Electric was very helpful in getting an electrician to my new house. The customer service was top-notch. The electrician they sent, Cameron, was the best. He was fantastic and if I should ever need help again, I will be calling this company and requesting specifically for Cameron.
