Oh, it was pretty good. We went 22-14 against Wausau East. Can't wait for our next win there.
What other high school stadium has better concession stand? Answer: none. Homemade pizza, Mac and cheese, sloppy joes.... Got dogs, brats... Very nice score board and stands.
Had the pleasure of watching East take on Newman in a high school football game. The lights were on and the field was well lit. There is a lot of room for the home team and visitors. Plenty of seating for everyone with bathrooms on both ends of the bleachers. Parking was easy enough on the way in but a bit hectic on the way out. Wonderful facility!
The back fields are nice to walk around and such for the general public, and maintained well even though it is mostly weeds than grass. The ice rink during winters are nice, but I prefer the one downtown.
The issue is the stadium. It's a waste of money now. Before the new Wausau East High School was built, the stadium was used constantly by Wausau East for athletic practices, and then for both Wausau East and Wausau West for games. Now, it's just used for games, which end up being only once or twice a week at the most during the fall months, since both schools have practice fields setup at their locations. The rest of the time it just sits there not being utilized at all.
The parking is practically non-existent, and I feel bad for the neighborhoods around the stadium during games. Visitors to the stadium have to park on the roads, which cause traffic issues, many cases of illegal parking, and narrowing of driving down roads due to people parking on both sides which is dangerous.
With the upcoming referendum where they want to install artificial turf at both high schools schools (while Thom Field just sits as is), and the above issues, I think this stadium is antiquated and no longer really needed. Wausau School District should look at expanding seating at each of the high schools for games if they want artificial turf fields, close down Thom Field stadium, and sell the land to be developed into a nice neighborhood park.
It's a nice football field. Stands and lights. Also a score board with a jombo board on one end. Two good parking lots.
Thom field is a beautiful historic football field and there's not a bad seat in the house
Bathrooms & concession on only one side of the field. Makes it hard for elderly & handicapped.
Parking is non existing for the most part but it is a nice set up for high school games. Hopefully they will raise the funds needed for the new stadium.
This place is amazing!
A HUGE selection of chocolates, candies and fudge.
They have samples for almost everything, which I found super helpful in picking my favorites to purchase.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
Overall a great experience!
This place is great! It was our first time and The staff is super helpful in helping us learn how to throw...it is really easy! I thought there would be an age limit, but my 9 and 14 year old were able to participate and I never felt unsafe. They g
This place was a blast! Lots of fun things for younger kids to enjoy - and occasionally an older adult.
There are two areas, one for little kids and another for older kids up to 12y old. There is even a couple of zip lines, one with just a seat on t
We love this museum. They make every effort to be very kid, friendly and welcoming. We love the art kits that they prepare, based on each exhibit for children to do at home, as well as the myriad of art supplies available in the Childrenâs Area in
Great establishment!! Was traveling from out of town from the Chicago area and had some time to kill and came across 4 seasons golf. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the owner, super nice guy and very accommodating. The sims were all clean and

Had a great short business trip here, and I have to tell you the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was in town for a training session, in which a conference room was rented, and they went out of their way to make sure that we had everythin
Always a glorious walk! I always start at the bottom and hike up the road to the tower, then back down via the yellow trail. It's a great workout and always gorgeous no matter the weather.
