I love Third Space! I train with Allison & she is just lovely. Her compassion leads her interactions with others and her high level of education and certification in her field allow her to fine tune a safe, effective fitness routine especially for you! Third Space is a wonderful place for any skill or comfort level. They offer something for everyone from boot camp classes to individual training sessions. Highly, highly recommended!
Third Space is where it’s at - specifically with Coach Allison! I have been lucky enough to do personal training with Allison, and she is the BEST at what she does! Allison tailors programming to your goals, and you get a great workout every session. She has an infectious positivity and endless energy that makes working with her my favorite part of the work week. Not only is she knowledgeable and skilled in nutrition and training, but she genuinely cares about her clients as people, too - you’re never just a number. I highly recommend Third Space Fitness to anyone at any stage of your fitness journey. I’ve tried a few incarnations of personal trainers and gyms and going it alone over the years. And I’ve never gotten such great results so fast as I have training with Allison. She personalizes a program for exactly what I need and changes it up constantly so that workouts are always challenging. I don’t know how she does it, but every day I walk in, she’s fresh and ready to kick my butt. Unlike other PTs, she stays by my side to cheer me on and adjust form and makes sure I’m getting the most out of each workout. In just 3 months, I’m feeling strong again thanks to Allison. Third Space has turned what I felt was impossible to “what’s next?”

Personalized experience to facilitate your fitness journey. Allison is passionate and caring. She always provides encouragement and is patient and empathetic if it takes a few tries to master a routine. After a few sessions I felt better physically and mentally! I highly recommend their services!
This is hands down the best place you could train in North East GA. I personally have only met and trained with Allison, but just her alone in this specific space is enough. This small and intimate gym allows you to feel more comfortable in your fitness journey and allows you to be vulnerable enough to trust your trainer and their expertise. Allison is constantly putting in the most effort to make sure her clients are getting what they want and need and works overtime to make you feel appreciated and worthy outside of the gym as well. Third Space fitness is a life changing experience, not just a gym. It’s a home. It’s family. It’s friends. There is such a unique and rare balance of friendliness/connection and professionalism which is not a common skill mastered in any business. If you are wanting to get back into shape or stay in shape I highly recommend Third Space Fitness. I’ve been going to the group boot camp classes for three months and I feel better now than I did before getting having my son. I always leave Coach Allison classes feeling amazing, she’s the best!

Morgan and Maggie were AWESOME. This restaurant has a fun but VERY busy atmosphere. We had the Copperpot pizza and everything about it was delicious! Even the crust! We'll definitely be returning!
