Theresa's South - Italian restaurant in Bay Head - 530 Main Ave, USA

We love Theresa’s for many special occasions! We were celebrating our two year wedding anniversary and we were greeted by a sweet anniversary card from the hostess. Food was incredible as usual and the restaurant was so lovely all decorated for Christmas. I did take one star off of atmosphere because the radio system was on the firtz and for almost an hour we kept hearing the music fade in and out and inner mixed with static. Once that was just turned off everything was much more enjoyable.

My family and I have dined at this restaurant on several occasions. We love it there! The staff is always friendly, welcoming and always smiling. It’s always great to see all the same faces from week to week. The manager always stops by our table to check in on us! He has always gone above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it. We had Chris last Friday night and he was awesome with all of our requests! We never feel rushed. Seeing this restaurant busy in the offseason says a lot about the owner and management. Love seeing a local small business thrive!! Even though there are some trolls that bash peoples character. Misery sure does love company!!

Lovely restaurant in Bay Head. Great food, great ambiance and efficient service. We are excited to host our rehearsal dinner here in May!

Dinned here for Christmas Eve. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The restaurant was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our food was timed out perfectly never felt rushed. The menu was well thought out something for everyone. Thank you to the entire staff that worked and gave up their holiday to cater to our family. Looking forward to more dining experiences with your establishment.

Every time we go we are reminded of the hour and a half time limit. Rushed us through the first time even though we were 8 people and they took a long time to bring us food. Gave us the dessert menus while we were still eating our dinner!!! The second time no one came over to our table for 10 minutes. No water, no bread..nothing. Waiter finally came over and apologized as there was confusion on who was serving us. Then disappeared for 15 minutes. Now we are 25 minutes into our hour and a half time slot and we haven’t ordered. Finally we order, our food comes and we order dessert but we are past our time limit. The manger is now standing behind our table commenting about how we are still there. He was also complaining about other tables. Unbelievable!! We will never go back again which is a shame because the food is good and the waiter was nice.

Was blown away by the incredible Italian food here. I tried the Linguini Fra Diavolo. The pasta was homemade and the seafood was so fresh!!! Lia was my server. She was on point with everything and was so friendly. Might have to ask for each time I visit :) highly recommend this place

Excellent food, management is exceptional, very nice restaurant and will definitely be back. Tuna and noodles are to die for as well as ceviche and lobster cake.

We didn’t have a reservation so we couldn’t get in until we spoke with the manager..he sat us but said we have to “be out within the hour”. Then Theresa our waitress came over with a bottle on the house and said relax. The homemade whipped butter with bread was unreal (That’s a must try if you come here) The food was really good and the price was reasonable. Cool atmosphere and setup as well. This is the place to go and Theresa is definitely amazing…
