I’ve been going to this facility for almost a year now and I’ve lost 60 pounds since I’ve been a member here! Laura( the new GM ) is phenomenal she is so nice and warm and honestly cares about her members success! I love the 24 hour access, i appreciate the towel service, I love the group fitness classes, AC has one of the best fitness classes I’ve ever taken and the Saturday morning classes are my favorite! Plus they have great child care which is a GAME CHANGER FOR ME! If you’re looking for a gym in the Woodlands look no farther! My journey has been tough but very rewarding and I could not have done it without the staff year the trainers Nate and Brandon are very good at what they do and I have to have a one conversation with them you will see that they are very knowledgeable! Love you guys keep up the great work!

This gym was my home gym for over 4 years! Some of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met throughout my adventure through fitness! Sad to leave due to relocation, but I highly recommend giving this place a shot at calling the home gym!

Great location. Affordable price. Always clean and weights are set appropriately. Has good variety of training options and flexible class schedules including yoga. Has 24 Hour membership option for an additional 10$ a month. Offers free 1 week trial with no commitment. I recommend it a lot myself being a fitness aficionado

Love this gym. Been coming here a few weeks and I enjoy the set up. The gym is extremely clean and I feel safe. I ran into the cleaning lady in the bathroom and she is so sweet and was very pleasant. I will recommend this gym to all my friends.

I’ve been working out here for 2 years now and love this gym. Everyone working here is happy to help with any questions. Prices are honest and they have great packages to offer that include everything as far as fun classes to great child care. The fridge is stocked with healthy things for pre or post workout. They have towel service. Staff that is easy to find right at the front & the owners are super kind and always take in suggestions that the members have. I couldn’t be with a cleaner more family oriented gym.

The owner Laura is very personable and makes you feel at home. Her entire staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Natalia on the cleaning staff is so sweet and a pleasure to chat with. She works hard to keep the gym squeaky clean. The gym also has everything you really need for just about any workout.

The customer service I received when I first walked into this business was so amazing! There’s a variety of equipment, classes, and trainers for assisting you with your body goals. I personally love the boot camp class and shine dance class as well. Joining this gym has been a great experience for me, and as you read this I hope that you’ll give them a try.
