Review Date: January 16th, 2016 Let’s make the Magic happen! Oh… you played a counter spell 😦 I will preface this with a warning that I am a bit bias towards The Zone. I partake in Magic pre-releases here. I have been coming here for a long time, actually. Back when I first got into Magic and his store was located in Creve Coeur, IL. Moving on. The Zone offers a wide variety of products. From comics, posters, figures/toys, trading cards (singles and sealed), Ultra Pro products, sleeves, and other odds/ends. I have played 3 Magic pre-releases there (so far) and the store owner, Scott, has been great at hosting it each time. He even helped me set up my DCI account right before the pre-release tournament was about to start. You can pretty much throw any random question at Scott and he will have some knowledge about it and can help you out. Overall, a great store to visit if you need your Magic/comics/toys fix. Plus, Maurie’s Candies is right across the street! :3
Very friendly and helpful staff, and the store itself is in great shape. Love the variety of product and fair competitive pricing!
I've been going here for years the owners are very laid-back cool guy talk to you about anything really enjoy going here and I'd recommend it to anybody. This place is my sanctuary an if your a geek like I'ma geek then this place is for you!
This is the shop for all of your trading card game needs. From a Pokémon collector, they have some nice singles, booster packs and boxes, collection boxes, and stuff like that. And the workers there are very nice!
I showed him (the owner) my collection of Pokémon cards that are well over 500$ worth of value and only offered 60$. Honestly. I would only come here to buy I wouldn’t even try selling anything here. Some of those cards are 200-300$ worth of value by themselves and I know it’s a business so I tried to cut him a deal bc I had a lot of them. But 60$ is all he offered so I neglected and honestly already made 600$ off of the cards I’ve already sold. Would only come here to buy, but you’ll get ripped off trying to sell stuff
Great place - first time checking out the comics in the Peoria area about a year ago. It was Personally the best experience out of all the ones I visited. Store owner: Scott is very knowledgeable, care-free, and open to any conversation whether it's information about any of the hobby or comics in general. I would highly recommend collectors, comic fans, geek-nerdist guy or gal to not overlook this place. Scott also have loads of Golden--Silver age grails/finds hidden (pricing was great and manageable); just ask the guy! - Vaughn
This is a great place to go for the comic nerd type! Comic books, magic: the gathering items, some minifigs, dice, and much, much more! PLUS they have tables set up so that you can meet with friends, too! The staff is busy, but always friendly, and willing to help you find what you're looking for! They also have a notice board, if you're looking for members for pathfinder/D&D/etc.!
I love this place, the owner is very nice, there are plenty of toys, trading cards, etc to fill every nerd's desires, I always love going here when I get the chance to, and I hope to go again soon
To me, Hibachi style cuisine is my absolute favorite. Many area Hibachi style restaurants have similarly delicious food to Kenzi. What separates Kenzi from everywhere else is the price. Usually for our family of 5 to eat at a sit down Hibachi style
I went to Coffee Connection with my Prayer Group a couple weeks ago and I just instantly fell in love with EVERYTHING!! From the service to THE BEST chicken salad I have ever had (reasonably priced). Such a warm and inviting group of people. We all
In town visiting family after relocating to Texas eight years ago. They took me to BC BBQ for lunch today. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I had the rib tins, which I neglected to take a photo of, and they were cooked to perfection. I
Excellent service, answered all my questions and helped me figure out how much garden mix I needed. Larry the delivery driver was super friendly and took great care when unloading my materials.
âThis has by far been the most pleasant dog park I have ever visited! There are a bunch of chairs you are able to sit in under the trees. Thereâs also water and bowls available to the public. Happy Trails is a very large and clean dog park with
