The YMCA of Vineland - Fitness center in Vineland - 1159 E Landis Ave #, USA

The woman's family locker room is disgusting. It is dated and dingy. The shower heads are moldy and full of residue. They really need to invest more TLC into the family locker room. The fitness area and basketball court is lovely. The employees are nice, friendly and approachable. My biggest issue is with woman's family locker room.

The nicest person on earth. Treated my mother with so much love and respect. Thank you 🙏 Pam and Beverly. You guys are the best. She had the best time visiting before she left on her move out of State. I ended all the classes I took and really enjoyed all the class members and the instructors.

Wonderful place. Been going here for years. The pool is nice, and everyone here is awesome! The swim program is amazing, highly recommend it.

Worst place to sign your children up for summer camp! It’s so unorganized and some of the staff are disgustingly rude. The “director” Torrie does not tend to parents’ needs professionally. I had a few concerns and she called herself giving me parenting advice versus what can be done to accommodate my ill feelings about the care of my children and never called me back. There was a situation where a child was cut by scissors and I was called when it wasn’t even my child who was hurt. Mishaps happen but when you’re so confident in telling me my children know all 40+ staff but you as the director and staff don’t even know the difference in the campers doesn’t sit well on top of yelling as if I’m not an adult. I would also pay every Wednesday for ice cream for my kids and twice they told my kids I never paid and they had to watch the campers eat theirs in their faces they are only 4 and 6 years old, no camper should be left behind!

I could not wait to get my new insurance because one of the benefits covered Gym memberships and the Y was #1 on the list, only to be told the Y in Vineland does not take silver sneakers. I was told the "Y would go broke if they took Silver sneakers because they don't pay and maybe I could change my insurance". What? I was very taken back at that comment. I have several family and friends that belong to other Y's and use their silver sneakers and a few even asked within the Y that they use if they were going broke because of Silver Sneakers and were told absolutely not a few said they were grateful for that program so why is the Vineland Y so against this program?

I love the YMCA, it's been my Happy Place for over 6 years now!

Great atmosphere, plenty of activities for kids to do. Pool is clean and beyond perfection. Employees are pleasant and helpful except for the one male lifeguard at the pool.

I signed my son up for basketball and thought this would be a great start for him to get into sports. After being not informed of the fine print when it comes to the Bfit program, I had an older white women who was very rude and sarcastic come pull me aside on my son’s first day. She made me feel like I intentionally knew the rules when I honestly didn’t. She also took it upon herself to reverse all my check ins on my account in which some were valid and she never questioned me. My son loved his first day and I already paid for the sport so he will finish and I will cancel my membership. They need to teach staff how to approach members and kindly ask them what’s going on because the Y doesn’t need my $20 more than I need it myself. Place sucks!
