Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. The lobby is definitely a place to relax as there are lots of different areas to settle in. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and there is a restaurant. They have a great brunch but it's a little pricey.
No improvement since last visit. Smoke smell still fills the Lobby from the open-flame cooking of Toro-Toro Restaurant. Great restaurant -- poor location choice. Hotel rooms are long-past due for gut renovations, as the rooms we have had on 2 visits confirm, which will cause us to stay elsewhere in the future. How old, stained, worn & chipped must furniture &/or bathroom fixtures become "before" being replaced? All the staff were polite, courteous & helpful so no personnel complaints & housekeeping was basically OK. Attached parking garage is convenient since everything you want to do Downtown is within easy walking distance.
The valet service was excellent, especially Josue Belgodere. Very respectful and friendly. Always a big and warm smile. Had good recommendations for places to visit. ||Highly recommend the hotel and valet service. ||Will definitely come back on my next trip to Fort Worth.
I attended a conference here for a week and enjoyed myself very much. The room felt spacious and had a good view, the curtains pulled dark enough that it blocked out all light in the evenings, and the towels, while a little rough, were clean and plentiful. There's a coffee maker in the room. The fitness facility is actually really good for a hotel, and features something like 5 to 6 treadmills, rowing machines, and some other equipment, plus other cardio machines. All in all if I travel to Fort Worth again for business, I will likely stay here.
Beautiful hotel, especially after the most recent renovation. The location is perfectly situated downtown to shops and restaurants and the staff is incredible. My absolute favorite hotel nestled in the heart of Cow Town.
The Valet, let talk about them who are the first to greet you upon arrival. They are extremely attentive to your slightest movement to assure that they are corresponding to any of you needs at arrival. At the moment they open your door and help you out. It begins
Now we are two sister who bought everything with us but the kitchen sink really. The Valets Alfredo with his smile show us so much patience, never rushing us he helped with everything and we had two carts full. Alfredo, Sonny, Tony, Sam and Jason. What a 2nd shift team . They became so helpful in my 6 days stay. Professional respectful 🙏
We spent 2 nights in Renaissance for our wedding and so did our friends. We had the best time! Honestly never been so happy.
All the staff in the hotel was so nice and professional - where do we find these two combinations?! The hotel is huge that you could get lost. The rooftop movie theater is cozy. The room is full of Texan characters. The locations is right next to Sundance square. If you have a chance to stay on a Wednesday, don't miss the live music in the lobby from 5-7pm. The singer brings out the best vibe!
We want to thank everyone working in this hotel, we had a blast and y'all made our wedding day extra special.
Wonderful stay! Rachel was awesome with helping me with Lyft. Made me feel so comfortable. She’s the best! She continuously checked on me because the traffic was so backed up. The meal there was great as well! All of the staff was awesome. Room was nice as well.
