The Wort Hotel - Hotel in Jackson - 50 N Glenwood St, USA

Our family just returned from a most memorable stay at this historic,centrally-located and rustic luxury hotel. From the beginning planning stages of our vacation, Dani, Klare, and Tara assisted us with arranging reservations, giving great advice and fantastic suggestions for fun things to do. Upon arrival to the hotel, you immediately feel transported to the old west. The decor is authentic and the artwork and memorabilia are noteworthy. The front office staff, including Mia, Kellyanne, Gloria,Nicheel, and Greg were always friendly, helpful, and genuine. A big shout out to Stephanie for her assistance with the multiple questions I had and organizing our family’s rooms. In addition I have to mention Tara again, since she was instrumental in helping us from beginning to end with advice, reservation changes and suggestions. She helped us find a pontoon for the husband and sons to use at the Palisades Reservoir when we had to extend our stay due to flight cancellations. Tara’s dedication to her work is exemplary. We interacted with the entire hotel staff from housekeeping to maintenance and anything we requested was done from beginning to end. When there was an issue with hot water for showers it was rectified in a timely manner. Since management is open to suggestions, the only change I would make in the rooms would be adding some lighting overall as the rooms are a bit dark. Five star stay for sure!We can’t wait to return!

My husband, my nine-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful experience here! They were super friendly, and very helpful and helping us figure out how to make the most of the day in Jackson Hole. The staff was absolutely stellar! My daughter said she felt like they were her friends 😊

This was our first visit to Jackson Hole. We are so glad that we chose to stay at The Wort! Its location was perfect…allowing us to park our car and walk to all destinations! The room was clean and comfortable and all of the employees were courteous and helpful in our interactions with them! We would highly recommend to others to choose to stay here!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great service. Quiet room on ground floor, comfortable bed, very clean. Best location in town. Walkable to everything. Very safe. On site restaurant and bar, Silver Dollar Grill, had nightly music and dancing, great bands with lots of locals doing the 2-step, very fun!

The Wort hotel location was the best and the staff was very accommodating. Our first morning was met with loud banging and trash pick-up at 5:00 am outside our bedroom window but Tara rectified the situation immediately and we had quiet mornings after…The bed was like a giant marshmallow…amazing! The rooms were clean and the Silver Dollar bar was the best…delicious food, great music! Overall…our stay in Jackson at the Wort Hotel exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful with excellent customer service. The convenience and fun of staying in the heart of downtown Jackson Hole made our stay with teenage daughters an amazing experience. An added bonus was the musical entertainment at the Silver Dollar Grill just a few easy steps downstairs.
