Matt is a good dude and I am so glad I found him. I have just purchased a used 2017 Macbook pro and he offers a 30 day warranty in case you find any defects. I traded in my used laptop and that helped me get an even better deal. Fair price, great attention to his customer, and overall an excellent experience. I wish I found him before I upgraded my phone last week, he offers so much better value than Amazon. Will 100% be returning.

Poor services and bad experience. Dear Matt I saw your response , I didn’t want to say too much but I have to respond to your message . You called me a friend but you didn’t treat me as such. I have all evidences and I can easily post here if you want. I paid you 130$ that you asked for as the fee to repair my old laptop you know what happened afterwards),you didn’t fix it saying you got a wrong screen bla bla . Then you offered me a dead laptop the battery was really bad that I had to returned to you , then you gave me another not so good laptop. I have all dates of our conversation. This was in the middle of March it is not up to 8 months like you claimed. I paid you 130$ and all I got was dead laptop .This laptop battery went off when I was out working on it . I got home to charge and it wouldn’t come on . It was really strange . I contacted you/ you didn’t even respond the whole day . And when I brought the laptop to you . You are asking me to pay another 45$ for diagnostic . You didn’t give me a free laptop , and I think you forgot you have collected 130$ in the past . I am really pained and I have a lot to say but I am still holding back because I have some respect for you . I will drop my pen here

100% top tier customer service. I purchased an electric scooter off of Facebook marketplace from these guys and it ended up being defective. They made sure to keep in touch and provided direct contact incase I needed to contact them. They ended up replacing the defective electric scooter with a brand new scooter straight from the factory and waited upon my arrival to give me the honors of opening that fresh new box. They even helped me put it together in the store. Over all I had a amazing experience with these guys and I definitely highly recommend!
