Bobbie and Lori in the front office could not have been more accommodating or kinder. Every part of this process has been so quick and easy. My new apartment was spotless and I had a thoughtful (and very useful) welcome basket waiting for me. This has been the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!!

I had refrigerator problems, attempt was made to rectify on Oct 13th but unresolved. I added another request on Monday, the 16th and two wonderful and efficient men were here to exchange refrigerators. They worked swiftly and problem resolved. Keep those guys, they're the best!

I'd rate 10 stars if I could! Within a couple days of putting in my maintenance request Doug, the maintenance guy arrived. Doug was friendly, understanding and helpful. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, explaining what he needed to do to fix the problem! Thanks Doug, for all your help!!

Toilet was an easy fix. Hot water still isn't working in master bath sink. Not sure if it can be resolved!

Amazing place to live. Excellent on site managers and maintenance staff. Wonderful community. Loved every moment of my stay at The Windsor!

(Long read) I’ve had a functional washer/dryer in my apartment for 3.5 of the past 10 months. Doesn’t that sound frustrating? What about the added inconvenience of having to haul laundry down flights of stairs, across parking lots in all types of weather, up more flights of stairs, repeat all of that on the way back? That was my actual situation, BUT I barely even noticed in spite of the enormous hassle. Why? Because when I tell you my property manager rocks, what I really mean is Shelby put on a straight up clinic on customer service. She acknowledged my frustrations, empathized with my concerns, and found creative solutions for me. She clearly outlined what I could expect (At that time Covid-19 was indirectly causing shipping delays for new appliances) and she sent updates regularly. Her communication was consistent and thorough. On top of the apartment complex transitioning ownership and managing all the complications that came from getting used to a new way of doing things, she managed to sort out my (as well as my neighbors) warranty claims with a very frustrating claims process. We move out in a couple months, and I doubt I would ever find this level of property managing anywhere else. The staff are all great and every maintenance request was fulfilled quickly and efficiently. Price was good considering everything that was included, but the Price is GREAT considering the top notch staff and the care that residents receive.

I have been a resident at the Windsor for over 2 years. I love it! It has all the amenities that I require, including a pool. The staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. The complex is very well maintained. Apartment was clean and in like new condition when I moved in. All of the residents that I have met have been friendly.

I submitted a maintenance request. Doug made the repair same day. His leaving a couple cat toys for my lads was a nice touch. Thanks so much. Michael B.
