The White Lady's Castle - Scenic spot in Irondequoit - Lakeshore Blvd, USA

Nothing much to see but old wall. Not sure why it is here, however it is a nice park otherwise.

A fun little place, but a bit smaller than I imagined from all the hype elsewhere. It's basically a single retaining wall that resembles a castle from on direction. If you climb the stairs to go "inside," there'd nothing above except a relatively open field.

My family and i love hiking here!! Spring, summer or fall we enjoy the trails all around the area, especially around the little lakes. Great for my little one, who's 3, and my oldest, 13.

We were driving Rochester to Flamington and found that the road is next to Lake Ontario, and observed so many cars parked in parking lots this is around 12 AM, we stopped and walked across listed lot of people talking. Suddenly we found a shore with lot of people having pit fires and enjoying their time. It’s a great place where we can spend good amount of time watching sky full of stars and also Lake Ontario unlimited waters. Pls do visit if you ever get a chance. Note: you can also watch meteor shower

The White Lady's Castle is really just an old stone wall with turrets across the road from Durand Eastman Beach. If you climb up the stairs to it, you can get a nice view of the lake, and there is a nice little wooded area.

Pretty cool structure in Durand Eastman Park. It has a great view of Lake Ontario.

Great history. Lots of graffiti at the top. Kinda sad, but the wall of stone from the front coming up all the stairs is impressive. Durand is a great park to picnic, hike, fish and relax.
