The White Buffalo Club - Hotel in Jackson - 160 W Gill Ave A, USA

White Buffalo Club was a very nice boutique hotel. The service was great. Everyone that we came in contact with was wonderful and always went above and beyond to help us get answers to our questions. The 3 bedroom suite was fantastic and suited our group perfectly. The kitchen area was central to all the rooms and was a great place for all of us to gather in the evenings and share some time. The terrace was even better! Even though a little small there was plenty of space for us to sit and enjoy a couple drinks and bond. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown so it's walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. We rarely used our cars while we stayed here. Overall, great place to stay in Jackson Hole.

Had a great stay! Jade at the front desk is so helpful and friendly! Made us comfortable the second we walked through the door. Our room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to downtown, so I was able to park in their enclosed garage and walk everywhere I wanted to go. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms (shower in one, tub in the other) and plenty of closet space. I could hear the footsteps from the room above me, but it was the same as the regular outdoor noise I could hear through the window. The restaurant had great food and drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will book there again when i come back to Jackson.

Just got back from a 2 night stay at The White Buffalo Club in Jackson. Stayed here about 7 years ago and had a very different experience.....but unfortunately I'll never return. The room they had us in (We paid over $1600 for two nights) was incredibly noisy from the guests upstairs as well as super thin windows where we could actually hear conversations as if our window were open. They never told us that they were charging us for a street view, lower level room. When we asked management if they had an identical room on the third floor, they said they did. BUT, would charge us $500 extra to move us. Pricing options were never stated when we booked the room originally. They completely did not care to try and rectify the issues. I'm sure they are aware of the problem as each room was supplied with multiple pairs of ear plugs for their guests. Just over all NOT a luxury experience for a definite luxury price. Overall bad customer service. I would highly recommend that you check out the newer luxury hotels or even the beautiful Air BNB's in the area.

Very decent accommodation with large apartment type rooms. I had the use of rooms with a kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom, a storage room, a wardrobe, a washing machine and a dryer. Supper solution also for families. It is certainly very nice to stay here during a ski trip in winter. The only thing that needs to be noted is for a customer from Europe that the breakfast is in the so-called crab and go version.

The rooms are very spacious and nice. However, the floors are very noisy. You could hear the people walking above us as the floors squeak. Our squeak while we were walking so the people downstairs heard us. The windows were very thin as well, as we could hear the trash truck and other semis drive by early in the morning. The rooms were a little rough and could use some updating - but it is a hotel. The location is great! The breakfast, however, was lacking. For as nice as the hotel, the breakfast could have been better. We would stay here again!

Sean was so attentive and helpful throughout the entire booking process! He provided many different room options to fulfill what I was looking for. He showed that he genuinely cares about the guests. He sent me attractions and things to do in the area. I am so excited for my stay at White Buffalo Club!

Heather, the guest service manager is amazing! My family and I stayed there to celebrate me and my husband’s anniversary. Heather and her team went above and beyond in welcoming us with our stay. We were greeted with a beautiful surprise in our room. The rooms were clean, the grab and go breakfast was perfect, and the location was very convenient. We enjoyed the private patio, the kitchen, and location! Our stay was short, but it was worth it! We will be staying here again. Thank you WBC team for making our stay comfortable and a trip to remember!
