We just finished a three night stay here. Our stay started a bit rocky as we were extremely disappointed with our room. We booked a studio with fireplace and balcony and the room was bland, with no decor, and didn’t look anything like the online photos. That all said, we really did enjoy our stay here. The vibe of the hotel was great. What we loved: the food was excellent, both at the bar and the restaurant; we enjoyed the nightly bands; we loved seeing all the well behaved dogs and their families enjoying themselves; we appreciated the local shuttle driver (free with tip) who took us up to Beaver Creek; we enjoyed the spa, pool area, and hot tubs, all very clean and inviting. Overall, we had an awesome stay and the room was just a room. On the positive side the room was very quiet, despite the hotel being sold out. The bed was soft and comfy. Please get rid of the rain shower shower heads. They are very awkward for women who don’t wash their hair every day. Thank you for a great stay. We hope to come back again soon.

We had a 2 bedroom Mountain View with balcony and it was perfect. Good service throughout the hotel except for the bell staff who left my cart with groceries in the lobby for 30 minutes. Glad I didn’t purchase ice cream. The Starbucks outlet in the hotel had good service. Our room looked immaculate each day. The pool area is lovely and the servers are so on top of orders. It’s nice to be at a resort where you don’t need to hunt down food/drink options. The first day it appeared the pool staff chose to not pick up any towels over a 4 hour period and it was gross all around the pool. This was corrected the next day so someone must have complained. The hot tubs overlooking the mountains were beautiful. I’m glad there was a clearly identified hot tub because the two others were often over run with small children. The best time for the hot tub was early morning with a coffee. So relaxing. Loved the lawn games that were available. Beautiful resort

Love this hotel. Service is awesome. Pool and hot tubs superb. Not a fan of the Stoke & Rye. Super expensive and blah menu. Hotel lobby bar was good. Decent restaurants nearby. Family and pet friendly. 2 bedrooms are much nicer than the 1 bedroom. Will go back.

This hotel is very clean and the decorations are well done without being over the top or pretentious. The views from the hotel and the surrounding area are just gorgeous. The patio overlooking the pool area has fire pits and comfy seating that will make you want to get up early to go sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The infinity hot tubs looking out towards the mountains are unforgettable. Price is on the high end, which is the case with EVERYTHING in Vail. Regardless, it was a great experience, and I would stay there again without hesitation.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We came for a weekend in august to see a concert in Vail for the second year in a row and WOW. ||First off the hotel is incredible, the lobby has such a great vibe, the deck with the fire pit is amazing at night and the pool area is something you would expect at a beach resort. They also have a fantastic workout area and locker room if you are looking to hit the gym on vacation. ||I also have to give a HUGE shoutout to the Front Office Director Chris. I sent him an email letting him know I was returning for a second summer and it was a gift for my brothers birthday and he went above and beyond making sure we had upgrades, and even a few surprises for my brother. Chris is the best and the reason I will be returning to the Westin Riverfront every summer. ||Outside of chris the staff is fantastic as well, each member genuinely nice and happy to help make your stay the best. ||If you are planning a trip to Avon/Vail look no further than this spot. 10/10 all around

What can be said about this place that has not already been described in earlier reviews. This is my favorite mountain resort stay. I will point out that this hotel has the best fitness center I have ever seen in any hotel/resort. I am a non-competitive body builder and am critical of fitness centers. I was able to complete my workout with all the equipment I required. Then its only a few steps away from to hot tubs with an amazing view. Your money will be well spent here.

This was my far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It started off on the night we landed where I ordered room service for a bottle of Pinot Nior and an Italian sandwich. I was delivered a bottle of champagne and a Reuben sandwich. When I called the front office, they doubted me and I said I would bring the items down to show them. Next, we were changed for valet parking when we did NOT have a car. Luckily, I checked my receipt and noticed the random charges on there. Last but not least, we went to a dispensary and got some items from there. My fiancé had to walk OFF premise to smoke it because I cannot stand the scent of it. The house cleaning staff had the audacity to come into the room when the do not disturb sign was up. They claimed that the smoke was “too strong” and that we had smoked in the room WHEN WE DID NOT. Just because someone has a pack of cigarettes in the room, do they get fined as well? They charged us for a smoking fee under false accusations and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Holly Williams. She threatened to call the police on my fiancé and I when we were there for a wedding trying to remedy the situation. We were charged for food we didn’t eat, a car we didn’t have, and a fine for something that didn’t legitimately happen. I would never recommend anyone to stay here as they are just trying to scam money out of you.

This is an absolutely beautiful and great location. The hotel sits in the middle of a ton of trails to either run on or go hiking for the day. The gym and Olympic size outdoor swimming pool are such popular amenities that tourist from all over the world would choose this hotel for it. The spa facility is equally great with a ton of different menus to choose from after a good hike or long swim. The one thing to beware, parking for guests cost $45 a day, plus your $50 resort fee (including tax). So you’re basically paying an additional $100 a day on top of the room expense. But overall, good location, great amenities, their executive suite is fantastic.
