From the moment we arrived, James went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as guests. James is a superstar, and his exceptional service was the highlight of our stay. My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary here and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the resort. The attention to detail in the suite was impeccable, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. But the surprises didn’t stop there. The staff generously offered us extra perks that we didn’t even ask for, enhancing our experience with delightful amenities and thoughtful touches. Their genuine warmth and exceptional service made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated. The resort itself is a paradise, with lush gardens, pristine pools, and a variety of activities to enjoy. We loved every moment of our stay, from the delicious dining options to the relaxing spa treatments. We’re going to have an unplanned secondary vacation here next weekend because our experience was so delightful. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories at your amazing resort.

Our family has stayed here before, but this trip was extra special because of the hospitality and patience at the front desk upon check in with Coleman. Coleman went above and beyond to answer our questions about dining, the pool, activities and making sure we knew how to get to our room with ease. With 2 young kids in the heat this made our trip less stressful. We appreciate his excellent customer service skills which there seem to be less of these days. Remember people to always show your appreciation for those who go above and beyond their job duties to make your experience special.

The resort is exceptionally nice! Checking in was a little chaotic. There were two lines and the agents were not paying attention to who was in line first. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The happy hour was a nice treat. More staff was needed to monitor the unruly kids at the candy bar. The game room was quaint. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The main pool was a bit crowded. Unfortunately, the resort closes down at 10 p.m. so there are no night time activities.

For a blissful, relaxing stay near Palm Springs, head to Westin Rancho Mirage! The property offers a delightful combo of fun activities, wonderful staff, and a gloriously air-conditioned room. ||Huge shout out to Gloria (Pinzimini), Carlos (Pinzimini), Martin (fishing), James (front desk), Jennifer (front desk), and Coleman (front desk)! ||Arriving during 113-degree high summer weather, highlights included: ||-Las Brisas Pool rocks! Dueling water slides, plus a large and relatively shallow pool that's fun and easy for adults and kids.||-Pinz & Pints' daily 4:30pm-5:30pm happy hour really hit the spot! Beer, wine, and delicious self-serve batch cocktails for adults, a fun self-serve snack bar with trail mixes, pretzel, and candy options for delighted nephews and nieces. ||-Unexpected Friday taco happy hour was great. Complimentary chips / salsa / sangria + $10 carne asada tacos = good times. ||-Heartfelt thank you to Gloria at Pinzimini! Rather than sweltering in 105-degree weather while waiting for our takeout window order, we were very grateful that Gloria allowed us to wait in the cool restaurant and insisted on offering my niece a fountain drink.||-Martin deserves a big shout out. He stalwartly stayed outside in triple-digit heat at the lake for the resort's afternoon fishing. We were the only group to show up (30 minutes after the activity started at that), and he patiently showed us how to use the mini fishing rods and cooked chicken bait. The lake is stocked with bass, catfish, etc! ||-Kids Club offered a cool, airy space filled with toys, books, a vertical Lego wall, long arts and crafts table, beanbag seats, etc. Our niece especially loved playing with the mini puppet theatre. The Kids Club doesn't include onsite childcare, but it's still a welcome reprieve from the heat! ||-Pinzimini's buffet breakfast is stellar! $34 adults / $17 kids 6-17 / kids 5 and under eat free includes a morning feast with an omelette station, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, bread pudding, cereals, fruits, juices, coffee, and more. Carlos was so cheerful and made the experience extra kid-friendly! ||-Resort fee covers a complimentary round of duckpin bowling (fun for all!), mini golf, bike rental, fitness center access, movie nights, and daily activities such as koi fish feeding. Apparently the onsite tortoises were in hibernation due to the extreme heat so no feeding them during our stay :). ||-When any blips that occurred - resort activities not being available at the scheduled times, etc, James, Jennifer, and the (legendary!) Coleman were on hand to help! ||-Loved meeting cutie Benny from the adopt-a-dog local community partnership! Adopt, don't shop :)! ||-Coffee-ology's merchandising was the best I've ever seen for a coffee shop. The store offers sunscreen, Voluspa candles, Sugarfina candies, apparel, hats, jewelry, pool toys, stuffed animals, and seemingly everything in between, along with standard-fare drinks and grab-and-go sandwiches and snacks. ||-Chef's Secret Window was a convenient takeout option for fast meals. ||-Palm Springs is just 20 minutes away, and the very cool Aerial Tramway is even closer.

We decided to purchase a day pass for our family and rent a cabana for the day. It was 100% worth it! Our kiddos probably went down the waterslides 50 times today. We had a great time hanging out in the pool and playing volleyball. We spent most of the time lounging with great shade and a very attentive cocktail server name Christian. He was very charming and accommodating. Even the front desk attendant was super friendly & accommodating. We eventually made our way inside to the mini bowling and arcade area to relax. We didn’t play a lot of the games, but it was still a great vibe. It was a great day at the Westin!

Great experience! It was our first experience in this resort. I like the amenities, beautiful view of the golf course, friendly staff, family oriented amenities and an option for a quiet pool. Jay in registration did a great job. Coleman took us around the resort's amenities which was very helpful.|We Will definitely come back!

Coleman at the front desk was very friendly and very professional. He took care of my family and all the things we need for our gate away weekend. |The room was clean and it was serviced daily. Kudos to your personnel. They went above and beyond expectations. Also, John Lemmy was very helpful.
