The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Las Vegas - 160 E Flamingo Rd, USA

This was a really hard one for me to score. On the one hand, this was my near perfect chain hotel experience. On the other, they charged a “resort fee” which was pretty steep and buried in all the costs. In the end, I asked myself - would I go again? Sure. So I gave the high rating. Just be careful that they (likely like all Vegas spots) gouge you with a fee.||The check in was flawless and they had everything there when I arrived. The room was great and clean. Loved that the AC didn’t lie to me but actually did what it said. The Tv auto shut off which was nice, just hit the OK if warned! Bathroom was nice even though it took FOREVER for the water to warm up each time. Loved it had a great Starbucks, decent restaurant and very well staffed bar. Best: no screaming slot machines in the lobby! Crazy close to the rail service so could quickly get most anywhere. Too close to the airport so never needed a car. So, liked it - just be aware that when reserving the price is about $30-40 too low.

Amazing stay! We loved how spacious the lobby was. Big thank you to Trace who we did not get to meet but she got me with such an amazing room, and I am so thankful for that. Carlos in the restaurant area was great. We ordered the lemon raspberry pancakes which tasted amazing! Also had a brief interaction with Mylin who was always smiling and so nice. Overall, the hotel was a 10/10 and I will only stay here when I come back to Las Vegas which is 2-3 times a year. Thank you all again and thank you for making my girlfriend's first time in Vegas so special!

Older but still felt updated. Love the location as it is just off the strip for a little piece and quiet. Near the Big Wheel and Sphere to the point out view from the room we could see both. Very professional staff. Didn't eat in the restaurant but did have dessert and the chocolate cake was amazing for a night sweet tooth. As a Gold elite member, definitely coming back with my family.

This is a beautiful property. I've stayed here before and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly. I received breakfast coupons, dessert and drink tickets for each night of my stay. That may be a Marriott rewards benefit only so sign up if you haven't already. The room was a nice upgraded room in the 16th floor. Comfy bed and a couch to relax on. The view is good too. The room had a fridge and coffee maker but no microwave so be selective about what you keep. You will receive two reusable water bottles and there are refill stations in the lobby. *something new* They had more than one vegan/plant based option ! This was new. The location is good too. I recommend this location. It's a great spot.

Awesome staff. Willness to help in difficult and not so difficult situations with reservations or parking. Amenities were great. Housekeeping staff was the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Maylin (guest services) was a blessing along with Paul with valet parking. They both made a good situation out of not good circumstances. For the dedication to their respective jobs I am forever grateful to them both.

Good gym. Decent breakfast restaurant and bar. Perfectly acceptable room with a nice view. We stayed for 2 nights before launching on a trip to Death Valley. No casino or craziness of other LV spots but close enough of a walk to get to nice restaurants.

Unfortunately this hotel doesn't live up to the standards of other Westins in which I have stayed. Carpets fraying, chair in room had stains and the light switch in the bathroom sounded like it was going to electrocute us. The staff is excellent and they wanted to make things right. I know they are not too blame for the condition. The location is also great. You can walk to the strip or the sphere. If want a hotel without the crazy casino vibe but good location I do recommend for that and the people. But don't expect the normal Westin amenities.

AC doesn't work. Room faces sun and it's a sauna in here. Couldn't sleep. Lobby is nice, rooms are dated. They spent more time making sure the lobby looked 5 star but my room feels old. Bed isn't flat. Has divits in it from too many uses. Uhg Will not be returning
