Wonderful staff that made us feel welcome the moment we walked into the hotel.
The rooms were nice and had a lot of space with nice views. Unfortunately I feel that the AC couldn’t keep the room cool enough to sleep comfortably and the double bed are just too small to fit two people comfortably. Definitely wish they had two queen sized beds in the room. The gym is amazing and had so many options to choose from. The pool isn’t as huge as it looks in the pictures but still nice. The view from the sky walk that connects the two hotels is a must see at night
Amazing location with Union Station just across the street, the WWII memorial and a few shops attached to the hotel. You can even hop on the KC Streetcar and go see such beautiful parts of the city.
Other than those two small negatives this Hotel was still top notch because the staff was amazing and made sure that during our two days we were taken care of.
This hotel was absolutely wonderful to stay at. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very comfortable and the staff was phenomenal. The only issue was the elevators are quite slow, but this hotel fit our needs for the Irish festival. We will happily stay there again next year.
All staff were super polite and helpful- room was lovely and very clean - food was fabulous! Room service was correct and prompt. Valet parking excellent. Check in and out were quick and efficient. ||Slept really well on the Heavenly Bed - no noise in the room at all!
Very nice hotel. Always enjoy my stay here. However had an issue with the gift shop. Attempted to pay with a $20 that I withdrew from an ATM at the hotel. The clerk wouldn’t accept it as she was afraid it was a counterfeit. Please provide staff with tools like a money checker pen or device so that people can use cash here.
The Westin is a great place to stay - centrally located, convenient to public transit, right next to the Crown Center mall. Rooms are cozy yet open, service is excellent. My room was spic and span when I first checked in. They have a nice restaurant/bar One East where you can get any meal, as well as some local brews. It is fairly convenient to the nearby Sheraton via the Link walkway, and to the historic train station. They have good parking, though that can be a bit spendy.
Great location if you want to visit Union Station and the World War I museum, but the hotel is a little dated. We had a nice view from our window, but it was really dirty. Bar/Restaurant was actually pretty good. I'm not sure I would book again given other options in the area.
Perfect spot to see the fireworks (Next door). Loved the attached mall for food choice. Link to other hotel, etc was very hot on sunny days. Not a huge fan of the garage but at least they have one.
Room was clean and properly supplied. Good bed. Front desk was friendly.
Be prepared for more fees...
In Short, there are better and more cost effective places to stay.
Stayed for our anniversary.
Paid extra to be on the "high level" floor. Got right at the 8th and no higher even though it's a 20 floor hotel.
Total bill had another $90 in state taxes, tourism, city fees. KC/Westin/Otherwise, ridiculous.
Only an outside pool no one wants to use.
Waterfall is nice for about 2 minutes for pictures, but you don't have to stay there to get access since the mall can get you there.
Thought it would be a nice view with the corner room. Nope. windows were excessively dirty.
Had to request robes which you'd think for an upcharged room they already be in there. Upon trying to leave, neither lane of the parking garage would take any of my 3 working credit cards that their system kept "timing out". Thankfully, an employee heard me cussing and helped buzz me through. (I was still charged for parking since the front desk got it... they'll get their money...)
It was nice and quiet because very few people were staying there.

This is the place to be in KC. My husband and I had such an amazing experience at The Truitt. We loved everything about it. We loved the unique and luxurious decor, the ease of parking, comfort of the room and how easy it was to walk to the art museu
Large well appointed room in a great location to walk to the Art Museum. Very clean easy to check-in and out and nice common areas. Very comfortable bed and temperature control was perfect. Great hot shower. Private secure parking inside the fence
Very good service and staff. Everyone in the front counter was incredibly friendly, as well as the people from the service. Installations are clean, comfortable, in a very good state. Included wifi and guest laundry were a good bonus. And complementa

I absolutely love staying at 44 and coming to visit my friends. Although I am an employee of BMG, had I found this community on my own, I have no doubt I would have fallen in love with the community and staff. They have the best events and the best r
First of all we love the name! Two Sugars in Kansas City is such a cute name and coffee shop. We loved our latte and conversation with the owner. Iâll definitely be back to try their matcha!
I've dropped into the 11:30am class several times. Fantastic community, coaching, and workouts. Clean showers and bathrooms. Ample equipment and parking. Everyone I met was welcoming and interactive. The community has been together for many years and
