Mother & I had a fabulous time at the Inn! Attention to details was noticeable from the minute we drove up the driveway. We shared the jack n jill suite on the second floor and it fit perfectly for both of us. Breakfast was sumptuous on the porch and even though the weather was hot outside, we enjoyed reading, chatting, shopping and resting during our stay. We also indulged in picnic lunches. I must say the massages we had on our first full day set the tone for the next few days. Consider staying three nights to truly take in all the surroundings. We love dogs and they made us feel very welcome as well. Tku so much Bobbi and Jeff. Blessings, Cheryl & Eileen

My husband and I have stayed at the Inn for the past nine years and have already booked next year for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Returning to the Inn each year is like visiting family and settling into our home away from home. Bobbi and Jeff are the most gracious hosts along with the joy we experience with Wrigley and Dakota, the resident fur babies. We recommend staying for the fantastic breakfasts or candlelight dinners, quiet time outdoors on the grounds or by the pool, the luxurious rooms, coffee / tea bar, evening wine and cheese, and the occasional snuggle with Wrigley when she decides to nap in your room. We like to spend hours relaxing in the gathering room or on the porches taking in the gorgeous scenic views. You can also enjoy the vast art collection throughout the property both inside and out, all while listening to music playing, just beckoning relaxation. We highly encourage everyone to schedule a massage during your visit, it’s the best we have ever experienced year over year !! Please consider a stay at the Welsh Hills Inn, we cannot recommend it enough and assure you of a travel experience among the very best. It will most certainly become a repeat destination.||Jenny and Todd Lauer

A friend told us about Welsh Hills Inn last year so I had been following them on Facebook. With a lot going on in our family the past few months, we just wanted to go somewhere quiet and relaxing for our anniversary. Our 2-night stay was absolutely perfect and it is, by far, one of the best inns/bed and breakfasts that we have ever stayed in! It was so lovely and beautiful and you immediately felt comfortable. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by their two sweet dogs and Jeff (one of the owners). He gave us a tour around the property - their art collection is wonderful and every room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The wrap around wide porch (with rocking chairs) was enjoyed every morning and evening, as we watched deer and rabbits walking around the yard. Our reservation was in the Queen Suite and it was huge. They pay attention to every detail large or small in the most beautifully appointed way. Jeff is known for his delicious breakfasts (a shop owner even mentioned it as we were on our way) and both were amazing (the taste, as well as the plating). Bobbi had the tables decorated so lovely with table linens and fresh flowers. Snacks and 12 different teas were available at any time. Our bed was very comfortable and the quality of the linens was exceptional. I can't say enough about the inn, which also has a lovely swimming pool. But to me, the most important thing to note is how very gracious and lovely Bobbi and Jeff were - honestly, two of the nicest people we have ever met. We decided that this will be "our spot" for every anniversary for years to come. You will not regret your stay in this lovely, secluded place.

This was our first time visiting this wonderful inn. We went with my wife’s sister and her husband for a delightful 3 night stay. They had been here a few times and had nothing but nice things to say about the Inn and the Innkeeper’s, Bobbie and Jeff. I must say they are the nicest and kindest hosts we have ever meet on our travels.||The Inn itself was amazing. With beautiful art work, warm and comfortable surroundings, and lots of things to do, it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the wooded landscape and abundance of wildlife to enjoy.||The morning breakfast, prepared perfectly by our host Jeff, was a real treat each morning. The communal table was set differently each morning by our host Bobbie, beautifully done with a different runner and center piece each day. The other guests that we met at breakfast had been there many times before and it felt much like family.||The special dinner that can be requested was amazing. My wife and I had the filet and it was by far the best prepared and most flavorful cut of meat we have had in many, many years. ||Can’t wait to visit again..and again..and again.

This is our second visit at the Inn. We wanted to experience the summer season, it was even more impressive than our winter visit (we didn't think it was possible). This time, we invited my sister and her husband who love comfortable B&B's. We booked the same, cozy room which looks over the front of the property --a vast, green meadow with trees and deer. The property and inn give us a feeling of serene elegance. ||The inn is a welcome departure from the typical Victorian style B&B's. The common areas are spacious and the decor is beautifully eclectic. There are walkways and terraces that surround the inn, with a large, very clean swimming pool which we were able to enjoy this time around.||The meals were so tasty and original. We enjoyed the cheesy omelets and homemade scones. I have a health condition that limits my diet, they accommodated that beautifully.||Proprietors Bobbi and Jeff are excellent at their craft. They are welcoming and friendly, yet allow for a lot of privacy. We happen to be animal lovers, so we enjoyed time with their dogs Miss Wrigley and Dakota. ||There is a small gift shop in the home, with beautifully displayed gift items, including locally sourced hand thrown pottery, jewelry, paintings, books, maple syrup, teas and more. ||All in all, a perfect getaway. Bobbi and Jeff, we'll be back!|Carolyn and Jim

This is the third year my husband and I have visited the Welsh Hills Inn. Bobbi and Jeff are the most gracious hosts. We call the Inn our home away from home. The property is very private and peaceful. We love sitting on the side porch, listening to the fountains and relaxing in comfy chairs. We also love lounging poolside. They have fire pits, a hot tub, and walking trails. It’s the perfect spot for respite from our busy lives.

The absolute BEST place to get away and celebrate with four of my sisters! We loved everything about our rooms, the public spaces, the grounds, the food and the new 'family' we acquired. Bobbi and Jeff are so welcoming and attentive to every guest! ||The ambience that Bobbi and Jeff have created is both charming and relaxing. From the beautiful furniture, art work, accessories and flowers to the friendly dogs, you feel like the most honored guest. Then add the fabulous food and the wonderful service- then you feel absolutely spoiled. ||Thank you, Bobbi and Jeff for all you did to make our sister's 80th birthday one that she and we will never forget!||I have already recommended Welsh Hills to a friend (who had heard good things about it) and I hope she and her husband book their own getaway soon.

Just home from another relaxing stay at Welsh Hills Inn, this time celebrating our 50th anniversary. From the time our four footed friends Wrigley & her new cohort Dakota greeted us and we followed down the brick path leading the way to the Inn entrance, everything was exceptionally well done. Jeff and Bobbi are the consummate hosts and the Inn is perfectly appointed with art work and personal touches. Our evening was spent on the porch watching the deer and Wrigley scampering off in an effort to herd them. Our room was spotless, spacious and the bedding provided a very comfortable rest. In the morning, we were treated to Chef Jeff's delicious breakfast, served by a smiling Bobbi, on the expansive porch. Looking forward to our next stay, whether celebrating a special occasion or just life in general.

The bio reserve is my go to for trail running. If you want low elevation change the south side trails are best. The north side trails provide more elevation change. The nature is always abundant. Pileated woodpecker in the picture. Deer and squirrels

Great cidery. If you like traditional English cider and not the overly sweetened cider that dominates most of the U.S. market, this is the place to go. The Farmhouse cider was amazing.
