The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton - Hotel in Hot Springs - 340 Central Ave, USA

This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hot Springs NP. The lobby is small but still cozy. Front desk is super accommodating and do a follow-up check to make sure guests are comfortable. The Rooftop drinks are nice, the service busy, but friendly. The sharing plates better than we expected. The view into the mountain behind the hotel or into the city and mountains beyond is lovely. Pretty much a 360° from various points of the rooftop. We're looking forward to the next couple of days here! (Note: colored pillows in photos and throw blankets are personal, not hotel's)

I just got back from here on a short getaway by myself. I decided to take advantage of all the amenities the hotel had to offer, and I was pleased with everything. -Hotel room itself was clean and had a good view. The bed was super comfy as well! -The Avenue. Great food and wonderfully kind staff. I went to brunch two days in a row and Dree was so sweet to me and all around her! - Rooftop Bar. A wonderful view of the town and live music. -Aqua.. a recently added boutique and was very cute. Saleslady was so personable. Great access to the park and across from Bathhouse Row. Only downside is if you don’t want to walk two blocks you will have to do valet for $30 a night. The guys were great though! Thanks, Waters Hotel! I had a great time!

I really loved this hotel for its cleanliness and history. The room had almost every little thing I’ve come to want: 2 bottles of water, makeup mirror, nicely appointed room, great bathroom, good beds, quiet. Plus the hotel has a roof top bar and is right across from the National park and the bathhouses. Based on other reviews, I got a room away from the street noise. (thanks previous reviewers!) Downsides: barn doors on the bathroom and no fan in the bathroom. ||The town is trying to rejuvenate but some of the buildings are still in disrepair and you can see it when you look out the windows. I would totally recommend this hotel if you are going to Hot Springs National Park.

Overall, it is a charming hotel right in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. We went as a family of 4 for a week, and here are some things it could improve. 1. The mini refrigerator in the room is impractical. 2. There's no fan in the restroom, which makes going #2 awkward. 3. There's no common eating area in the hotel, but there are some chairs behind the hotel. 4. There's no microwave in the room. 5. There's no free parking by the hotel. The free parking garage is about 2 blocks away.

My husband and I had such an amazing stay here at The Waters! It is in a great location right in the heart of downtown Hot Springs. You are in perfect walking distance of tons of restaurants, shops, museums, etc! One thing that stood out the most to us was our valet service attendant, Ezra! He was always eager to help us in any way he could. We definitely plan on coming back!

Our valet service was excellent! Ezra was very polite and prompt at getting our car, and he was very helpful both when we arrived and when we departed. He got our bags out of the trunk on the first day, and put them away for us today when we left. He was also just a friendly face to see when returning from our activities throughout our stay.

Jordan was a delightful employee of The Waters who made our trip to Hot Springs exceptional by sharing her knowledge of the area! The Waters was perfectly located across from Bathhouse Row. We didn’t make it to the rooftop for the evening sites, but it is a very popular hangout. We will be back soon!

Kolten was very helpful getting our car and recommending things to do. We appreciated his hospitality. The Waters is a great hotel if you are coming to Hot Springs and looking for a welcoming place to stay. All the staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing.
