Absolutely beautiful property! Great staff and friendly neighbors! Pet-friendly environment with the best amenities! My favorite part about The Waters at Hammond is the amazing sunrise and sunset views! I chose my new apartment specifically for the beautiful sunset view I get from my bedroom window! 10/10 Property

Beautiful Resort style location staff is 5 star maintenance are always on time. Pool and game room is very enjoyable nice clean always available for use. Love the ability to get Starbucks.

I don't usually do these kinds of things so excuse me for being a little too excited! As someone who's lived at not so friendly and accommodating properties in the past, I thought I would never find the right apartment complex to call home :( Well that all changed the second The Waters entered the arena. They blew me away with how friendly the staff was and above all else their commitment to the assurance of safety and comfort that everyone wants in their home. Anytime I had a problem, a friendly voice was waiting on the other line to help. I almost wish I had more problems just so I can be blown away again by how quickly and efficiently my worries were dissolved. The amenities are just the cherry on top as well when it comes to the experience at The Waters. The pool is always calling my name like a mermaid singing its song to attract wandering seamen. Unfortunately due to my fear of the ocean, I've never actually swam in the pool but have enjoyed numerous days poolside with friends and fellow neighbors. I would highly recommend giving this property a chance. Even if it's out of the way, it's worth making the trip. Even if you don't sign a lease, you'll still leave with a smile on your face. We need smiles more than ever in today's world.

I have lived here at the waters for two years. The staff go above and beyond. The property is always clean and welcoming. My girls love going for walks around the pond and to the park. The neighbors are wonderful. Sitting on the patio, the passing neighbors always speak. I love that it’s pet friendly. I hate pets inside my apartment but my kids love being on the patio or walking and see others walking their dogs. Chris, Erika, and Charlie feel like extended family. (They are who you meet in the office) Maintenance guys are great ! Any problem big or small they are on the way asap to find and fix the issue.

The office goes above and beyond for their residents. They are extremely caring. Anytime I had an issue the maintenance team fixed it promptly (usually within a day). They are extremely dog friendly. I 100% recommend this as your home!!

I have lived at The Waters at Hammond for almost two years. The staff is so helping & caring. The apartment grounds are kept clean & I always feel safe here. A special shout-out to the leasing consultant, Charlie, for always going above and beyond to help our residents! :)

Hands down the nicest, best kept grounds I’ve seen at an apartment complex! Very clean and welcoming. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend The Waters enough!
