Beautiful and lively place with a lovely view and a lot of places to sit which is important for seniors like us. Enjoyed a nice sunset. There are a lot of beautiful dining places all around and some of the best restaurants in the US but we hadn't made a prior reservation plus we already had a reservation in a great Indian place so we didn't eat there but there were a whole lot of people around enjoying their food in various restaurants.
One of our favorite places to see and walk in Washington D.C., or to be more specific in Georgetown. The atmosphere here is always relaxed and maritime. And just few steps away from the shops and cafes on K-Street. Or the House of Sweden. Ice Rink at winter time. Come and enjoy!

Very beautiful but the ice ring was melting so everything was wet. Stinky homeless people hanging out and there was not enough light after you went past the ice ring. More lights please!
