Waffle Lab is probably my favorite breakfast place in Fort Collins, and there are a ton of great ones to choose from. Their liege waffles are life-changing; you'll never want regular waffles again! The chicken and waffles is my favorite savory dish, and every component is delicious! The waffles are sweet and don't get soggy, the chicken is fried to perfection, and the sausage gravy is delightful. Their sweet waffles are all amazing, and their fruit cup is huge and full of high-quality fresh fruit. The servers are always cheery and nice, and whenever I get pick-up there is a little doodle on the bag (which I love!). The parking lot is a bit annoying to get in and out of, but it's well worth it! It's also within a short walking distance from the parking garages downtown, which is very convenient! Overall just a great waffle and a great experience!
One of the best restaurants around! Great service, fantastic waffles. They’ve been working to up their game with better local Boulder coffee and are always happy to give the best breakfast. A regular stop for us since our munchkins ask to come back all the time.
We stopped here today after wanting to visit for awhile. The service was great and the food was amazing! I had the chicken and waffles, but I added an egg for an all around brunch experience. It was a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The portion sizes were good and matched the price we paid.
I tried the raspberry mocha and that was delicious! Even with half of the raspberry syrup. I also got the chicken and waffles. The chicken and the waffle were good but the gravy could have used more flavor. Also, they could have given a little more syrup to go with the meal. The food came out in record time and the service was very pleasant. I would like to try some of the sweet options next time to get more taste of the waffle without gravy interfering.
My waffle came out barley a minute after I ordered it. It tasted cold & dry like it had been made awhile ago. Waste of $7. I used to love The Waffle Lab. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere anymore.
Go here for a different waffle experience - a good one. Found them by happen stance and though Google said they were closed, I called and glad we did, they were open - so check even if it is saying closed. Different take on the waffle, they are not batter made, they are flour made and yummy. I would have liked to see some other options with your waffles like a side of waffles with maybe some other types of proteins, and maybe I missed it but the choices worked out. We ordered chicken and waffles, the sausage gravy was amazingly flavorful. The chicken was warm and tender as well. So it was a good mix. We also ordered the raspberries and waffle with bacon. The bacon was thin, it would have been better with thick slices of bacon but it was still good and flavorful. Waffle texture was heartier than battered waffles, less cakey if you will. Cute little place off the beaten path.
Part of the Brew Paw Paw Bingo - either BOGO or 50% off waffles. I tried the breakfast Sammie which was loaded with two eggs and a ton of cheese. Added the chicken tenders which were pretty huge. Would have liked some kind of sauce to make a little less dry but an otherwise sinfully delicious treat.
I love the waffle lab!! I am obsessed with their chicken & waffles. I don't really like gravy and I LOVE their rosemary gravy. The chicken tenders are cripsy and you can tell they're fresh, and the waffles are so rich and delicious. My only compliant is I wish they were open all day :) We love going here after a night out or when were feeling lazy and want a nice hearty breakfast.

Started taking my 3 year old Maggie to the preschool classes about a month ago. Sheâs learning so much the more she goes. We love seeing coach Angle, and making new friends every time we visit. Highly recommend getting a punch card for your kiddo a
