The Vue - Apartment complex in Beachwood - 23220 Chagrin Blvd, USA

The ladies in the leasing office are so kind and helpful! I appreciate all of the hard work that is done to maintain the property! There are so many activities for the residents hosted by the leasing staff and it creates such a positive buzz in our little neighborhood! The amenities in the building are hands down the best in Beachwood especially with regard to rent cost. I feel like the apartments are nice, updated and spacious especially in comparison to some of the new construction nearby properties. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient! I’ve been here almost four years and have had major appliances replaced that weren’t exactly up to par due to simply aging! My daughter and I are happy here!!

My mother is a resident here and has been for almost 1 year. In this time, she has NEVER been able to buzz someone in. Each time she has a guest, she has to walk all the way down to let them in. Or the door is just open and anyone can walk in. This is very unsafe and unsettling. Also, she is currently locked out of the apartment because she misplaced her keys and, when calling the EMERGENCY LINE, the machine states, "The Property Manager has temporarily disabled this option". Imagine calling 911 and you get a response like that. Thank heavens this isn't a true emergency like a flood or lack of heat. I have never in my life witnessed such a failure in customer service and care for the residents. I guess EMERGENCIES only happen during business hours... We will be moving her out when her lease is up somewhere where we can trust that she'll be taken care of appropriately. We will also be contacting corporate (RAM Partners) on Monday to ensure they're aware of the chaos that is ensuing at this property. UPDATE 1/9/24: Management has been very proactive in discussing the issues above with my mother, their resident. They have also reached out to me to help ease my mind about her place here. The keys were located and kept in a safe space, the emergency line was updated and shared, and an update was sent to the residents regarding the intercom system as a new management team came into the fold fairly recently. Updated to 3 stars because the issues stated here are still valid (along with other reviews mentioned here) and there is always room for improvement.

The mail room has been consistently down for the last month or so. It’s completely unorganized. There’s no sense of security, anyone could walk in there and take a package that doesn’t belong to them. If luxer one continues to act up why don’t you use a different system? This same instance happened around the same time last year during the holidays. For the people getting ready for the holidays, I highly suggest you don’t ship packages to The Vue. Don’t let your Christmas, Hanukkah, etc be ruined because of this major problem.

Myself and my business partner have worked with the new property manager Miss. Jackson at another property and we have worked with her since 2015. She is definitely a great property manager and she cares about all her residents and whatever property she is at and she will do her job 100% at all times!! You are all so lucky that you have her!!

I am very happy to live at The View. The management team is wonderful. They organize fun events to encourage interaction, which I love! The facilities are always clean, and the lobby is decorated so nicely for the holidays. Additionally, maintanence issues are handled quickly, and I feel very safe here. Thank you all for making this a great living experience. And I can't wait for that beautiful pool to open! Just a few more months!

In today’s world good service is hard to come by. I have to say that after my experience with the front desk hostess, she gets an A++. I had an Issue that I thought may be big problem. I discussed this with the hostess. She was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely walked away feeling confident and less concerned about my problem. Thanks Again!

I live at the Vue and seriously couldn’t be any happier with the staff!! Shana helped me from touring the apartments to almost a year in, helping me with looking for another one! She is a light, always has a smile on her face, such a beautiful person!!!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Shana and I felt very welcomed the whole time! I was very picky and I found the perfect home!! My move in gift was so nice! Thank you 😊
