The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel - Hotel in Anaheim - 1601 S Anaheim Blvd, USA

Stayed at the Viv to celebrate my birthday. After checking in, after getting to the room, realized it was a double queen room instead of a king. Went back downstairs, and they said oh sorry let’s see what we can do and they upgraded us to a corner suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. It was beautiful.||Only stayed one night, we had dinner at Valencia’s, enjoying the brisket, sliders, and margarita flatbread. We ate dinner somewhat early, so it wasn’t super busy yet and we were happy about that. Great service, great food.||The bed was extremely comfortable, I didn’t want to get up. We slept great. Was able to see the Disneyland fireworks from our window.very clean bathroom, folded, crisp, white towels, loved the shower. I also liked that the toilet was separate from the bathroom with its own door.||Can’t wait to get back, we also enjoyed a couple of hours at the adults only pool when we first checked in. Very relaxing, great music, nice chaise lounges to lay on and plenty of towels provided and available.

Spent two nights at this incredible hotel for a girl's trip. Our view over Disneyland was so fun, especially when the fireworks were on display. The room had all the amenities, the bed was comfortable, the shower made me want to redo my bathroom at home! ||We had sunset dinner at The Top of the V. The food and drinks were tasty and over the top. I don't know how they made the octopus taste like perfectly cooked scallops, but they melted in my mouth. My vegetarian friend loved her veggie paella. There were choices for everyone. We ended the night with the chocolate flan with a blood orange sauce (I could have eaten 3 of them!!). We ended the evening with talking around the firepits on the rooftop! We had the perfect girls night and we never left the hotel! ||Breakfast choices downstairs was plentiful with great service. ||I loved the theme of the hotel, fun Disney touches but not in your face design. Perfect for a family, a couples weekend, or for us a girls trip. We were so close to Anaheim and just a short drive to the beaches. I can't wait to stay here again!

This hotel is super cute. I loved that, while it’s not within walking distance of Disneyland Resort, the Lyft/Uber ride is not long at all. The hotel is decorated with colorful accents against white walls, making it feel like you’re in a candy store. It feels like you’re at Disneyland but without the crowds. Perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks. Highly recommend this hotel to not only families but couples/Disney Adults as well! It has a swanky bar perfect for couples to relax and have a night cap. Loved the adults-only rooftop pool too.

I am a titanium Elite member of Marriott.|Check-in was a breeze, and they were able to accommodate both of our rooms on the top floor. The hotel features a lovely rooftop pool and a separate kids' pool at ground level. ||I enjoyed working in the morning from the rooftop lounge, taking in the refreshing breeze.||However, the staff at the market near the entrance were not service-oriented. They were rude and seemed irritated every day. ||On the bright side, breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was excellent, and the waitstaff were very friendly.||The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, new TVs, and large, very clean showers. The valet team was fantastic, accommodating us with great service every day.

This hotel is unique and a great representation of the Tribute Portfolio. Don't listen to the complaints below, they come off from people who don't travel. The staff is fantastic, catering to my children with the PIXAR scavenger hunt and taking loads of family pictures for us. They were great with my wife and I too as we got a drink on the beautiful rooftop. ||The room was well appointed with subtle nods to Disney with the colors, and a family atmosphere with the bunkbeds. The lobby was gorgeous, with fun decor around every corner.||If you're looking for a unique, fun, not over the top Disneyland experience, The Viv is for you!||Special shout out to Donovan Stephens and Scott Ritchie for their excellent care of our experience!

We booked this hotel for the adults-only rooftop, expecting a nice break after long days at Disneyland. The hotel is new and modern, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide dental kits or toothpaste, so we had to order those. Despite that, we’d stay here again.

Everything from the beginning to the end of our stay was amazing. Diana at the front desk was so helpful and made a great first impression. Matthew the security guard acknowledged us when we looked lost and guided us throughout the property. We dined at Valencia’s and it was delicious and a memorable one. The ambience is beautiful. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We finally found our go to getaway when visiting Disney. Definitely will be back soon!

The location is great if your trip is to Disney, it’s not overprice as other hotels. You can walk to Downtown Disney if you don’t want to deal with parking. Check in is easy and they give you vouchers for drinks and meals, you don’t get that everywhere. The hotel itself is nice but in my opinion needs better management, the building looks new, it should be treated with more care. They need to improve the cleaning on hallways. The rest of the premises were clean and the pool areas are great. The restaurant on the top of the hotel has an excellent ambiance. The customer service could be better at the coffee shop, definitely they don’t make you feel welcome ordering drinks. The friendliest personnel were the bartenders.
