Have had a relatively good experience here besides the dog poop problem. You can’t even walk in the grass at this point and it’s even all over the sidewalk. I’ve stepped in it on accident several times. I’ve called about it multiple times and keep getting told “they’ll put in a note” for someone to come pick it up but no one ever has. When you allow pets in the building this is what you sign up for, so this issue is absolutely disgusting and embarrassing for residents. Hope you don’t mind stepping in dog poop on a regular basis if you’re thinking about living here!
At first it was a little bit of an adjustment and figuring things out, but the vista west management is really amazing and kind /understanding. Brady DeYoung is also really kind and makes you feel heard when there is a problem. Will work with you in just about anything you need help with! I’ve been mad before and they always make the situation better. Thank you Vista West! However things are very unorganized at times like inspections and when people move in and out. They seem to not have a system for it and kinda guess! Anyway overall it’s a good place to be
The office lady’s were so sweet and got us on the lease and in our apartment as quick as we made the decision! Super friendly neighbors, great place to rent from!
$120 for parking in a safe place????? That is ridiculous having to pay $1000 a month for my room and a parking spot at the place I live… as a full time college student I am more stressed about making rent then eating.
We have enjoyed the clubhouse, not enough parking for all the tenants, and you’re lucky to get parking for $130 a month. The carpet in the apartment is old and could really be replaced. It’s very close to the campus, so that’s a plus.
I have loved living at Vista East the past 4 months! It has made me feel like my home away from home. I love the activities Vista does. The first week of move in we had free tin roof and got to win gift cards. I met one of the staff members, Kailey, there and she was so awesome and kind. she made me feel so welcome in this new environment. Can’t wait for the rest of the year!
My daughter has loved living here for the past 2 years. The Manager Brady is a pleasure to work with. We weren't sure if we were going to renew our daughter lease for the fall. After touring a few other properties in the area, The Vista is the place to be!! Looking forward to visiting and enjoying all the amazing amenities when we come to visit our daughter.
Horrible experience, They show up to your apartment without letting you know they’re coming. They’d give you dates for an inspection and come on a completely different day, once it was a month later than they originally said. So unorganized, Came into my house when I was living all by myself claiming they thought it was “vacant” at around 7 am, and just walked in without knocking and talked to me while I wasn’t wearing a shirt and Proceeded to have a conversation with me. They only care about money not the well being or safety of their tenants. Worst living experience of my life, so bad I’m paying two rents at the moment just so I don’t have to be there.
Great food and very friendly staff. We came with our dog and they accommodated us very well out on the patio and brought him his own water bowl too. The food we had was all great. It's neat to have a place so close where we can get to try handmade au
