Unbelievably kind and helpful. I lost a bunch of tiny screws for a motherboard and they were kind enough to allow me to comb through their personal bag of screws to find replacements, no questions asked. I would highly recommend Virusbusters to anyone!

I was having issues with my PC and dropped it off here. After almost a week of diagnostics tests and troubleshooting, they identified the issues. I was sure with that effort I'd have to pay quite a bit, but their free diagnostic is definitely free. Needless to say they won my business. Got my replacement parts and pulling the trigger on a minor upgrade, and plan on letting them put it together so I have a reason to give them something for their great help
Customer service was phenomenal!! They looked at my laptop and told me exactly what was wrong with it. They took 4 days to get the part that I needed and to be put together. I highly recommend them for any computer or laptop. 10/10 above and beyond customer service

Let me just say this... BEST PLACE EVER!!! I can not say enough about them. Took my laptop to someone else and they told me to trash it... An MSI gaming comp? No... so I brought it to these guys... super friendly... tons of knowledge... looked up specs while I was there... found parts needed... I had other part... he made it work... increased the memory too... Wife has her laptop back... great prices too... if ya need a comp or laptop repaired... this is the place... Thank you so much!!!!
They helped my favorite lawyer "Walter" of Disability Resolutions, to meet his online weekly podcast without charging him anything. Walter's channel helps disabled veterans and the regular (once working class) traverse the exceedingly complex course that is the Social Security Disability system. Needless to say, traversing this system requires in-depth legal knowledge and experience gained by years of working with the disabled. Oh, did I mention that he works every Wednesday with the homeless. Yeah, he is a great guy, and we all love him for his selflessness. Walter is sometimes online at 2 a.m. after a full day's work at his firm.
Apparently, The Virusbusters love him too and did him a solid. Lets pay these guys back by buying our computer(s) through them and hiring them when we have computer issues. Thanks!!!
Best place to get your laptop/device fixed in Brevard County!! I have called all around, asked friends/family and found no better place than VirusBusters. Shoutout to John and all the guys/girls that work & help here. They will figure out any problem(s) your device has and give you an extremely fair & reasonable price for the solution.
