The Village Pancake Factory - American restaurant in Pleasant Valley - 1540 Main St, USA

My partner and I went for breakfast today for the first time but it won’t be our last! We got the eggs benny (classic and Irish) and chocolate chip pancakes and they were both delicious! Pancakes were super fluffy!! Loved the atmosphere. Very cute and clean dining area, with great service. Can’t ask for more!

This hometown restaurant is truly a gem! Great friendly service, large delicious portions of food and everything on the menu sounded amazing. Seinfield on the tv and nice lively music playing. What a great atmosphere!

I will never order food from this place again.. Got the Cobb salad and turkey blt wrap (no wrap in a dish) there wasn't even a half a chicken breast in my dish looks..like they split 1 chicken breast between both meals. There was no Swiss cheese on it as well like stated on the menu. Barely a handful of fries...And they also charge an almost $2.00 fee for using a card and didn't even tell me there was a fee for using a card.. But definitely made it a point to ask if I could sign the receipt at the bottom and a tip would be greatly appreciated..so I left a tip..and wish I never did..This place is a total rip off!

Had heard about this place from others, and also have seen the one at the Galleria. Food did not disappoint! Definitely bring your appetite but maybe expect to take home leftovers. Pricey but worth it!

Very nice spot attracting friendly locals who congregate familiarly, Attentive waitress and delicious food at fair prices. Ample parking out front. The rear dining . Free wi-fi and clean bathrooms. Delicious food! The Mexicali Benny was fantastic, although it was a bit of a slow go here during my first visit. People that got seated after us had their orders taken first, too. But that's fine, the waitress had a lot of tables to cover by the looks of it. The food wasn't as warm as it usually is when served, either. But certainly not cold. A lot of the breakfast menu is pancake/waffle-heavy. Some of the items look like they would put IHOP to shame. Definitely something to consider if you're looking to splurge. Which is kind of what I did with my second visit. Pancake breakfast tacos. Decent food quality, excellent quantity. It isn't often that I take home leftovers. Most recently, I went overboard and got churro waffles with Nutella, caramel drizzle, three fried Oreos, whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and Oreo bits. It was so good it was actually bad. In a word, overpowering. But I'm exactly the kind of idiot that might order the fried Oreo cheesecake pancakes next time.

Worst place ever! Food is trash and overpriced. Pancakes came out cold and undercooked, they tasted sour. The french toast was dry, cold and lacked any flavor. Manager asked how things were, explained what we had issues with, she simply says sorry and walks away. Waitress asked if manager stopped by and we told her what happened, she said she'd take care of it, nothing. 3rd party comes over to ask what was wrong and got blown off by them as well. Won't ever go back, trashy. Do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else!

Friendly diner experience. Lots of menu options. Pancakes were good and came loaded with whipped cream. Reasonable prices.
